레이스를 구경하고 싶었는데, 기왕이면 좀 예쁘고 수준높은 제품을 보고 싶었습니다. 레이스 매장에 대해서는 전혀 사전정보가 없었는데, 길을 가다가 여기가 다른데보다 규모가 훨씬 커서(매장만 3층짜리) 이런데면 괜찮은 물건이 많을거 같아서 굳이 다른데 안보고 여기만 봤어요. 외국인 가이드가 지나가다 담당 여행객들에게 “여기도 괜찮은 곳이다”라고 하는 말을 얼핏 듣기도 했습니다. 1층에는 침실/거실용품, 린넨 옷, 테이블웨어 같은게 있고요, 2/3층에도 비슷하지만 여성용 속옷이나 이브닝웨어 등과, 레이스 공예로 만든 예술작품(주문제작이고 2주 소요된다 했음) 등이 추가로 있었습니다.(린넨 옷은 1층에만 있었고, 윗층은 다 레이스 제품만 있었음) 4층도 있었지만 보여주지 않았고, 언뜻 보니 매장이 아니라 작업공간인 듯 해서 더이상 확인하려고 하지 않았습니다. 1층을 다 구경하고 윗층을 보겠다고 하니, 계단 앞 줄이 쳐져 막혀 있는 것을 열고 직원 한명의 안내를 받으며 단둘이 올라갔습니다. 직원이 윗층으로 올라갈 수록 물건이 좋다고 얘기하기도 했고요, 확실히 2,3층의 물건이 고가라 요청하는 사람에게만 안내해 주는 듯 했습니다. 밑에 리뷰를 보니 1층엔 저렴한 제품도 판매하는 것 같지만, 저는 제가 산 제품 말고는 가격을 확인하지 않았기 때문에 다른 제품의 가격대는 모릅니다. 저는 제품이 너무 마음에 들어서 결국 3층에 있는 테이블웨어 여러 라인 중 하나의 라인 제품을 중심으로 여럿 구입하긴 했습니다만, 다 합치니 거의 명품가방 중 제일 저렴한 라인 구입하는 정도의 가격이 나와서…2/3층 구경하려면 마음의 준비를 조금은 하시고 올라가시는 걸 권해 드립니다.(세금환급 받으면 10프로정도 돌려받을 수 있다 했음) 그런데 제품이 고급스러워서, 저는 매우 만족스러운 구매긴 했습니다. 저는 레이스가 원래 그렇게 좀 가격대가 있는 건지 그 전에는 잘 몰랐는데, 들어가는 품이 많아, 길거리에 내놓고 파는 20유로 이하 저렴한 기계식 제품을 제외하곤 다른 나라에서도 비싸게 파는 물건이라고는 하더군요. 홈페이지에 가격이 나와 있으니 궁금하시면 확인하셔도 좋겠습니다. 다른 가게는 안 가봐서, 이 가게가 다른 가게에 비해 가격 수준이 어떠한지까진 잘 모르겠습니다. 직원들은 상당히 친절했구요(2층으로 올라가겠다고 말하기 전 1층에서만 제품 구경을 했을 때에도) 입어봐도 된다, 만져봐도 된다 먼저 계속 말해줬어요. 밑에 외국어로 직원들이 영어를 잘 못 한다, 라는 리뷰가 있던데, 저를 응대한 직원은 영어를 잘했어요.

A retail store which is exceptionally expensive. Customer service is not up to par through strategically positioned and wanting to close the deal - though there are no retail bargains. Note: 1. As soon as you land in Burano this is the first (and inviting) store you will see. Very strategically positioned. 2. Poor command of English and lack of understanding, and you are not allowed to take photo's of items you might want to buy! Approach seemed strange a bit untrustworthy. 3. Very expensive prices not fair ones as informed by Italian partner. 4. No discounts but tax free if you a non EU citizen but you must spend 154.95 euro. And you wont get back 22% but 11% at best. The store promotes this as a discount. It is not - this is a rule in Italy on VAT. That said a nice place to visit, lots of expensive but beautiful items with high mark-up prices in 'beautiful Burano'.

Bellissimo! Arrivati a Burano è stato impossibile non entrare in questo elegante negozio di prodotti tessili tipici di altissima qualità. La commessa che ci ha servito ci ha pazientemente illustrato tovaglie, coordinati per la camera e per il bagno e molto altro spiegandoci nel dettaglio il lavoro certosino che sta dietro ad ogni capo venduto. Cotone, lino, cashmere tutti prodotti italiani artigianali sapientemente lavorati, belli da vedere e da toccare. I prezzi sono giusti per una ineccepibile qualità. Consigliatissimo! Ci siamo tornati dopo 5 anni ed è sempre meraviglioso. Gli acquisti fatti anni fa si sono rivelati ottimi investimenti, la qualità è davvero al top.

Als Andenken wollte ich mir ein echtes(!!!) Stück Burano leisten und habe mich sehr gefreut diesen Laden zu finden. Eine sehr hilfsbereite (und hilfreiche!) und freundliche Dame hat uns mit Geschick und gutem Auge beraten. Sie konnte sogar ein paar Worte auf Deutsch mit uns wechseln, was mich sehr gefreut hat, nachdem ich mich, ohne es zu können, auch immer bemühe Italienisch zu sprechen. Außerdem kann man hier mit Glück einer älteren Dame beim Handwerk über die Schulter schauen - wirklich einmalig! Toll, dass es noch Ecken gibt, die diese alte Kunst respektieren!

We visited this store in Burano. It had a very special feeling to it, and we got to meet one of the lace makers. It is expensive but the quality is worth it. I bought an embroidered bath towel and hand towel, two months later I am enjoying them even more. They are very very soft and thick- I highly recommend. It is fun to see this store even if you cannot afford to buy. We used our credit card and they arranged everything for our VAT tax refund at the airport, super easy. I noticed they have a website to buy internationally, very tempting.

Negozio molto grande, con un piccolo museo interno dedicato al merletto ad ago, tipico di Burano. Chi ama e riconosce il vero merletto ad ago, deve fare tappa qui. Oltre al merletto, il negozio ha bellissima biancheria, abiti e sciarpe ben diverse da quelle vendute in altri negozi attigui. Se siete in gruppo, consiglio di prenotare la visita al museo interno, chiamando o scrivendo via mail, per poter avere un'attenzione migliore da parte del personale gentilissimo e disponibile

il massimo dell'eleganza al mondo............ conosco questo negozio da molti anni. Alcuni si lamentano dei prezzi alti, ma dobbiamo riconoscere l'elevata qualità dei loro prodotti. Non c'è paragone con altri negozi che hanno biancheria stampata e non fatta a mano. Sicuramente se io fossi una persona facoltosa o una principessa comprerei tutto solo da loro perchè è la bellezza Veneziana al top. Venezia merita queste persone e mi auguro che non le perda mai.

Tienda de ropa de mujer de altísima calidad que combina el encaje tradicional con el estilo más moderno. Ubicada justo al salir del barco por el lado derecho del canal. La dependienta que nos atendió era amabilísima, dominaba varios idiomas y tenía un gran dominio de su trabajo cara al público. Hay ropa de diferentes estilos, siempre dentro de la originalidad del encaje. El único defecto es el precio, pero hay que pagar tener prenda tan especiales.

Vestiti stupendi fatti uno a uno, in modo da renderli unici anche solo per piccole differenze. La signora è gentilissima e disponibile, sa consigliare molto bene. I prezzi sono da boutique, non da negozio di souvenir turistico, ma la qualità e la bellezza degli abiti valgono assolutamente il prezzo. Se volete regalarvi un pezzo unico e un ricordo di Burano indelebile, e farvi anche un bel regalo, è il posto giusto

Eccellenza commerciale nell'eccellenza manifatturiera. Bellissimi prodotti a prezzi decisamente alti, ma ne vale francamente la pena. Particolare aggiunto: personale competente ed accogliente, che supporta la clientela anche se solo curiosa. Un grazie particolare a Vanessa per avermi aiutato a realizzare un regalo "a sorpresa" (con destinataria presente)... Un unico rammarico: non avervi potuto spendere di più!

Großer Laden mit breiter Auswahl an Burano typischen Spitzen und Stoffen. Um die Spannung zu erhöhen, ist es verboten, die Sachen zu fotografieren. Als wenn das die "Chinesen" wirklich interessieren würde, die dem Klischee hier offenbar folgend alles für ein paar Cent kopieren, was nicht bei drei auf dem Baum ist. Also Leute entspannt Euch und verkauft Eure Ware einfach für bezahlbare Preise...

Meraviglia delle meraviglie! Mi hanno confezionato un set per la camera da letto in puro lino con ricamo rosa. Risultato stupendo! Spedito a Torino in un cofanetto molto bello con imballo accurato. Grande attenzione e cortesia verso il cliente e molta, molta professionalità. Un grazie speciale al Signor Sergio. Un'esperienza ottima, consigliatissimo!

What an amazing store. So much to look at and learn about. Their prices reflect the art and time it takes to make each piece. They were patient and told us the story behind the store. It was raining so we could not take advantage of their garden. I am so glad we found this place and were able to take home on of a kind treasures.

Amazing store! The staff was so friendly and helpful to find what I was looking for. They have super gorgeous hand-made linen and clothes with great quality and their special lace. I also enjoyed watching Ms. Maria sewing a piece of lace in the center of the store. I will definitely come back to buy more from Martina Vidal! :)

Incredible, original, authentic for historical Burano lace. All hand made and family owned business. There's a little old lady that sits in the front and hand sews. Her name is Maria and she's been sewing for almost 60 years. They have all different lace for your house, clothing and different prices..

Υπέροχες επιλογές σε ρούχα, πετσέτες και γενικότερα υφάσματα φτιαγμένα τα περισσότερα στο χερι. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και σίγουρα ξέρει να δίνει τις κατάλληλες συμβουλές. Οι τιμές είναι τσιμπημενες αλλά υποθέτω πως αξίζει λόγο της ποιότητας και της μοναδικότητας που αγοράζεις.

Super belle boutique et très professionnels. Il y a eu une erreur dans la grandeur de la nappe que j ai achetée. Je les ai contacté rendu au Canada et ils m ont envoyé gratuitement une nappe de la bonne grandeur avec serviettes sans me demander de retourner la 1ere nappe. Merci

This was a pleasant experience in Burano. You will find a lot of fake lace products but there is only one original lace and it will take your breath away! Professional ladies (and ofcourse the needlewoman too) were so lovely and helpful. Grazie mille signore …

This is the real deal—high-quality lace made on Burano, not mass-produced elsewhere. Really nice stuff, and a beautiful garden. Obviously they charge more than many of the other shops on the island, but once you see the product you'll understand why.

Bought a shirt and a year later a button broke off. Pretty unique buttons so I didn’t have much hope of restoring it. After contacting them they went out of their way to make sure I got the buttons to replace it. 5 star service!

非常道地且高品質的Burano 蕾絲專賣店，店員非常親切，除了蕾絲製品之外也有販售相關材料和工具，包含針線、設計圖和那個特別的軟墊都可以在此買到，意者可詢問店員。運氣很好遇到老奶奶在現場製作蕾絲，店員也特別允許我們拍照。基本上店內是不可拍照的，請務必先詢問店員。
