The hospital does not have all the doctors that they have mentioned on the sign board displayed at the entrance. They try to admit all types of patients even if it is beyond their capacity to treat them. First question when you reach the admission desk is do you have a mediclaim. Normally hospitals do not offer discounts in their final bill but this one does. They do not give you the bills for medicines taken from their medical store also prescription details are not handed over to you along with your file during final billing. They do not have MRI & CT scan facilities and send patients to third party diagnostic centres for these services, my personal experience was that even if the patient is unstable they take the risk of sending them for these scans some of which take almost 45 minutes to complete. This shows the hospitals incompetence to handle cases. They have a ICU service but it is combined with the general ward, what is the use of such an ICU. Shall not refer this hospital to any one.

I am very very bad service and problem facing with this hospital staffs, This is very very bad hospital in Badlapur, there service and hospital rooms is very very poor quality and bad also there counter staff not provide the proper details and all, they are unsupported and un humanity hospital in Badlapur, they are using a fake reports and fake documents also not provide the service as per agreed, in my Mediclaim they not provide the Medicines originals copies and charge me very extra and high amount and when i asking about this they are ignoring and refusing the questions. also unwanted and unused charge claim to me, if you have Mediclaim don't go this hospital they want only money not human, also there specially TPA person this women is very unsupportive person and meaning less person. also there doctors judge the patient Xray by mobile WhatsApp x-ray pics not with original copies. I have received very very bad service with Extra unused charge so be care and be safe before going.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital and with their medical services. I feel compelled to share my story. My son fractured his thumb, and we visited the hospital for treatment. The doctor prescribed 15 tablets for reducing swelling over a span of 5 days, along with a calcium syrup. Unfortunately, the medical staff mistakenly provided 5 calcium tablets instead of the prescribed medication, mixing them with the 10 swelling tablets in the same package. Consequently, my son unknowingly took an excessive dosage of calcium tablets and the calcium syrup over the course of two days. It was only when we opened another packet that we discovered the 10-tablet strip was different from the previous one. I promptly approached both the medical staff and the hospital to address the issue. The doctor and medical personnel acknowledged that it was a mistake made by an employee. However, I strongly caution others against seeking treatment at this hospital.

Overall it's good experience. I visited this hospital with my relatives. Doctor is good and very kind , He explained about conditions and suggest blood test Bd take only 200 follow up fees. I reduced 2 star because we went to pathology department and I asked fees about blood test and after that i realized they charge 35 to 40% higher side so I refuse to use blood check up facilities in hospital. Pharmacy store person also very helpful and he gave us discount (nowadays its common practice to give discounts on medicine).

Very very hopeless hospital. No doctor in hospital all are thives. They show other bed charges while admitting and charged higher rate at the time of billing. I suggest strongly don't go in hospital. This hospital is running for earning money only by cheat patient. All others review about this hospital are fake. Will file complaint to medical council against hospital.

Matrix multispeciality hospital is an excellent hospital with multiple specialties under one roof It is well managed by Dr Suresh Chaudhary Nursing staff as well as medical staff is very helpful and cooperative Hospital is well hygiene and clean My personal experience is very good My good wishes to Dr Suresh Chaudhary and his team

Physiotherapy girl Anam is very rude and full of attitude.sometime waiting time is 2 hr and if you go little late after 9 though there is patience in waiting they will talk very badly with no care attitude of patients.

Very poor staff hold day they are gossips in loudly and dissus about leave and shoping but doctor are good and helpful i request to doctor please look into this matter for your hospital reputation effect .
