A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF A VERY BAD DENTAL CLINIC & WHAT TO NEVER EXPECT FROM ANY HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER. Unethical & Unsafe - Unfortunately we decided to get teeth cleaning/scaling from this clinic by Dr. Seena Abraham, The treatment was completed within 30 minutes everything looked okay. But a few day later one of my family members got very sick ; we thought it might be just a flu.To our surprise after consulting with our family doctor we came to discover as this was due to the cleaning's lack of cleanliness or not sterilizing the equipment properly.As we were going on vacation didn't have any time to waste our time with them. But wait, it gets a lot more WORSE. When i received the claim statement from my insurance provider a few days later. According to my statement we also received "X-ray" & "Full Examination" & "45 minutes of scaling". As the fees were taken out of our insurance provider it didn't effect our bank much but having an unethical business who takes advantage of insurance providers benefits is not what we want in our community. Either this was a mistake or an unethical practice all over. So we asked around with a few of our friends and was not at all surpised when they mentioned the had a similar experience where the clinic claimed more than the service provided.We went over the next day to inquire about the statement their answer was - "well its coming out of your benefits you shouldn't be worried about it". Honestly, that was the worst comment i have ever heard from any health care professional. I highly, suggest anyone to stay away from this clinic whatsoever. I will never go there again !!! Don't be fooled, the other reviews were left by the clinic themselves as the username "dentist dr", "abraham" are self-evident. I hope this clinic will stop their unethical practices or simple shutdown their clinic and leave our community for best.

The receptionist is very pleasant and understanding. She will be the only one, I would miss from that office. I felt I was being scammed. Kept going back over and over for them to be doing the same cleaning process on my teeth. My concern was to remove my ruptured wisdom tooth which was not a priority to them. My last straw was the male dentist who was very unpleasant. He insisted I fix my cavities (7) more than my ruptured wisdom tooth. I went back to my initial dentist who advised me I only have 1 cavity not 7 as per this scammer. On my second visit (with new dentist) I was referred to a specialist for my wisdom tooth. It took ME smiles 4 visits to finally listen. Unbelievable! I felt I was being scammed and not heard. But they surely billed my insurance for work that wasn’t needed. Be very weary of this place. A lot of scams are occurring and people in positions they have no business being in, using fear tactics to scare you into doing major work that really isn’t needed. Forgot to mention each visit there was someone new working on me and not the initial dentist I met on my very first visit.

Used to do coop here and now I'm a patient at this clinic. As someone who was there observing everything inside out, I can say this is one of the most cleanest dental offices I've ever been to. The receptionists are really sweet and easy to talk to, it's great that they don't charge people for cancelling appointments or even coming in late although I think they should because people really do take it for granted. The hygienists do the cleaning perfectly; I've been to other offices before where they skipped certain steps and didn't bother with doing the cleaning properly but I've watched them throughout the whole procedure and everything so that's why I decided to become a patient here. Everyone that works there, makes you feel comfortable, they're genuinely good people and the best at keeping their patients satisfied, I wish them nothing but success in their business. DEF recommend going to this clinic 10/10 :)

Dr Abraham is amazing! She took the time to go over my appointment in detail, explain what she was seeing on my xrays and after examining my teeth. The hygienist is incredibly kind and gentle and the receptionist is great and friendly! I had to have a very stubborn wisdom tooth extracted and everyone made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. I will definitely continue to come back!

First time at this Office, I am retired. Welcoming receptionist Krista very nice and patient. Dental assistant was very gentle when doing x rays I have suffer from sore gums. Doctor Abraham is very friendly and welcoming, also gives good practical advice. Very good dental office keen to give people a good experience of dentistry. Totally recommend the office.

My experience at Me smiles are beyond my expectations cause I'm personally afraid of the dentist due to a bad dentist I had as a teenager. They were warm, so patient, so kind! Both dentists who worked with me mad my experience worth going back because of how well they did their jobs. If I could give more stars I would.

Amazing office. Beautiful atmosphere and positive vibes. Dr. Seena and her staff are very professional and accommodating. It's tough to find trustful dentists now a days and Dr. Seena made it very comfortable for me, my family and friends to continue our dental care with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The receptionist is very welcoming.. The office is clean which is big for me. They have a wonderful team. The Hygienist is very gentle, Dr Abraham is super caring she is a Star..They all do their jobs well..
