Melrose park tribe41 is one of the most cleanest gyms I have ever been to! The gym features a vast array of functional equipment to suit any workout style, body building, flexibility and mobility training, cardio (they have those awesome air bikes!) their equipment is well maintained and constantly cleaned. I’ve tried a few classes(yoga, strength, cardio) and have gotten a lot of out of them, their trainers have great experience and keep an eye on you during the class ensuring proper technique to get the most out of you (ensuring you stay consistent with no chance of injury- that’s a big plus in my book!) further to the above, the atmosphere and social dynamic of the people who attend the classes is homely and safe with no judgement, just a nice vibe of support, so much so the sessions finish with a great boost in mood. Big props to the tribe team, keep doing what you’re doing! Definitely recommend! Anyone interested should get in touch with the gym leader, Randy (probably the most wholesome guy I’ve ever met, who always has your interest at heart first and foremost)
The owner, Randy, is just the best. He got me into training seriously even though I never really trained much before. Being NDIS approved, he pays extra attention to my disability (blindness) and needs. He’s responsive, makes carefully thought plans to Improve my fitness, strength and overall well-being. Not only that but he’s also a very pleasant person to chat with and has an array of PTs that are all competent, professional and briefed on my condition, needs and fineness plan. I tried a few gyms before, none of them made me want to stick to training like Randy’s. Becoming blind is a major challenge for me, and brings extra anxiety and stress. The work we do with Randy and his team dramatically improved my strength, balance and, perhaps more importantly, reduced stress and anxiety a lot by exercising my body and feeling energized. Thai may be a bit over they top… but I find the whole experience has been life changing. Thanks!
All my life I have been the classic, all in and all out gym type. I fluctuated all the time and hence never advanced. I found a gym that fit all my criteria - it closed down. So I carefully considered my next option. I came across Tribe41 at Melrose Park and met the owner Randy. It had everything I needed - great weights area, you can lift heavy weights, not like some others like F45. Also have extensive array of fun classes that concentrate on different body parts and cardio - no workout is the same and hence you never get bored. Trainers are awesome and don’t themselves too seriously. This is a VERY friendly environment, so much so that members and trainers become a second family. Exceptionally clean and of course all driven by the owner Randy. Always keeping in touch to see how you are, not just fitness related. Hardly ever miss a 5:30am class and I HATE mornings. Basically what I am trying to say is this gym ROCKS.
I moved from another local gym (they had closed down) to Tribe41 at Melrose Park on the recommendation of my sister. I was apprehensive as I had been with my PT for many years however the transition has been excellent. Randy was very welcoming and ensured he had all my information before we started my first session. Due to ongoing injuries and coming back from pregnancies I have had to be vocal about what I can and can’t do. Randy has been accepting of this and works around it slowly building my strength. It is slightly different to my previous PT where the majority of exercises were around weight training and nutrition. With Randy I feel like I get a well rounded training program looking at cardio, weights and strengthening. It has also been ideal to train when I want - early morning - as Randy will always try to fit me in. Everyone is really nice at the gym too which helps with those cold, early morning starts.
When I first started at Tribe41 and met Randy, my PT here, i was only intending on staying for a few weeks, just until I knew what I was doing on my own. But now I can’t imagine not coming here because Randy is the best. Why?? I never know what I’m going to be doing from one session to the next which I love. He knows exactly what I need to be doing in order to achieve my goal and I’ve already seen results in a few short months. He makes it fun and we have a laugh which makes the time go quickly. He’s flexible with times and always tries to fit in with my work commitments. I’m very glad I’m here and look forward to being my fittest self with his help.
Randy has been my trainer for a few years now. He is an exceptional coach who has vast knowledge and experience to train effectively for all kinds of physical and psychosomatic challenges plus the emotional intelligence to support you through your fitness journey. This is a rare trait in coaches and is the key quality that has kept me on track to reach mobility results I never dreamed of. I followed Randy from a previous gym to Tribe41 and I’m so pleased. The gym is clean, plenty of parking, has all the equipment you need, a Pilates area, and many friendly faces. The warm atmosphere keeps me looking forward to my workouts here!
This gym has changed me from someone who paid for memberships but never went to someone that misses going to the gym when I can't make it. This gym is a boutique gym that offers various types of classes and personal training for different fitness goals at all levels. Classes are effective but not repetitive, I rarely get the same workout twice which keeps it interesting and motivating. Even in a group setting, the trainer manages to cater for specific needs / level and happy to help you push harder. Most importantly, the community and atmosphere is awesome, people are friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this gym!
I have been training at Tribe41 Melrose Park for a year now. All the trainers are knowledgeable and ensure I challenge myself each session. The equipment caters for a wide range of abilities and the gym is spotless. Randy genuinely cares about his clients and encourages them to step out of their comfort zone. The atmosphere at the gym is like a family and I couldn’t be happier with the results I have achieved so far. It’s an easy drive from home in Denistone West and there is plenty of parking just outside. Would highly recommended Tribe41 Melrose Park to anyone thinking about joining a gym.
Joined Tribe Fitness 2 months ago. It's the first time I've properly joined a gym and was feeling self conscious about going as I don't know much about weight training and didnt want to feel like a fool. I started on a trial which Randy was very flexible about and from the moment I joined, Randy and all the trainers made me feel at ease straight away. They pushed me accordingly and always made me feel comfortable. All the other members were also very friendly and it felt like a community. Didn't have to think twice to become a member once my trial completed!
My friend referred me Randy as he’s an experienced trainer and his gym is close to my home. His training is great as he keeps adjusting your level by observing and pushing me to do more, unlike the other trainer I used before in an RSL that asked me to do three sets, the same thing that I felt like dragging to do it. He would keep rotating and making it fun and train your every part. His gym is pleasant with different equipments and the environment is great with lots of windows and good ventilation. A good local gym!
Fantastic facilities and equipment for a wholesome workout. I have enjoyed my individual as well as group sessions. The PT, Randy, ensures workout address my goals and adjusts each session accordingly to my progress. Great place to work out..the tribe crew there are supportive and really provide you the personalised attention. I was looking for a local gym to go to after work. I dropped in one afternoon and met Randy who was very welcoming and explained the class timetable and payment options. I pulled the trigger and signed up. I’ve had a lot of fun and have improved my strength since being there. The trainers are great, friendly and informative. The other members have been very warm and welcoming too! Really happy with it all

Highly recommend this gym. People are friendly & the head trainer Randy makes it a fun & welcoming place to be. Classes are varied & fun — you never have the same workout twice. Even in a class setting Randy will make sure to check in on everyone to ensure they are doing things correctly & encourages you to try new things & to smash your goals.
Loved the space and the modern equipment in the gym. Visited with my teenaged son who loved the equipment and boxing. There is no need to worry about parking spots as plenty of spots are available. This gym is perfect for people who want a quick functional fitness type of workout in our busy lives, which helps to maintain overall fitness.

I have been coming to Tribe at Melrose park over last 6 months now and my program is personalised. I love the gym, the space is open, fresh air and lots of great equipments for all fitness levels. Plenty of parking space. Caring, inspiring and friendly trainers. I would highly recommend for any age group.
I've been coming here with my friend since last year and everytime I find the place is very clean and plenty parking. Randy is very friendly, professional also flexible, he performs tailored training to each participant which is awesome. I highly highly recommend to work out with Randy!
I like how there are necessary equipments for different type of exercise making it more fun and effective for different body parts. It's a really good experience for more variety of exercise to work on specific body parts to burn calories, build muscles or being fit for everyday life!
Randy is a great personal trainer and is very helpful when it comes to forming new workout routines and explaining what to do how to correct what you are doing wrong and is just a very chill guy would recommend Randy’s services and this gym is good when it comes to space and equipment
Great Gym to train at. The members and trainers were very friendly and made me feel really welcomed. I especially enjoyed the strength and dance classes. The trainers took their time to ensure form and were very attentive towards each client. I'd 100% recommend this for beginners.
Tribe Melrose Park is the best place to train and work at. Randi has help me grow stronger and has supported me in my dance journey. He is also a great boss and mentor and has taught me a lot when it comes to personal training and admin work! Definitely recommend this place …
Training at Tribe41 Melrose Park is effective,the trainers are friendly and hold you accountable, they provide advice and give feedback. They created a healthy competitive environment that wants you to go there and do your best. I love the variety and a plus it is close to home.

Great local gym for those in the Melrose Park, West Ryde, Meadowbank area. Trainers and members are all very friendly and welcoming, facilities and equipment are all very clean and modern. Location, access and parking (free) are all super convenient which is a nice added bonus!
Great friendly gym with fun classes hiit, cardio, strength, circuit, yoga and Pilates. Randy and the team are always encouraging and push us to work hard. Fitness challenges have been really motivating. If you want to join a gym with a great community this one is it!

Great gym with friendly members. I have been attending for just over 6 months now and find the classes are varied and challenging in a great way. Very convenient location with a lot of parking and very close to Rydalmere and Ermington.
Joined this gym when it first opened and have really enjoyed my experience. I love the variety of the classes, the coaches and the community. Im encouraged and supported to keep pushing my limits to achieve better results.
The gym is fantastic, all of the members are friendly and supportive making the workouts enjoyable. The trainers are knowledgeable giving alternative exercises to those with injuries. It’s a fabulous place to train at.
I’ve been having 1:1 sessions with Randy over the last year. I have some knee issues and Randy has designed a specific program of exercises to improve my strength and mobility. I especially like our boxing sessions!
This gym is amazingly welcoming and entertaining. I love the warn atmoshpere with the nice family-like strucutre of the place. The people that participate treat eachother like family and we all struggle together.
Found this place through google (which has a really good review) and contacted Randhi to do PT session for myself. Seriously the best decision ever. New gym, not too big class and flexible with session.
