Marina let me down: she suddenly canceled my exam at road department, for which I've been preparing and waiting as it should be in Cyprus for 6 month. She just stopped answering the phone before my "pre-exam" and exam. The reason: she didn't like me as a customer (Marina wrote it to me in a huge message not once) because I asked if she pays taxes for provided service and why exactly this price for her service, what is included. Reaction was really aggressive from her side. After that she cancelled my meetings and didn't answer the phone. My docs were in her office and I had to wait 2 days to get it back!! ANS SHE LOST MY PERSONAL DOCS - one page of social insurance!! Is it a professional service? She also forgot to write about her service charge before and in general I think she uses some illegal manipulation to charge money from foreigners. Think twice if you're ready for that kind of service by Marina and in this office
