My wife and I used to like Baliayu we even sign up membership package and visit them for back, shoulder and head massage almost every weekend at Bangsar branch. We then shifted to Paradigm branch recently as our favourite masseuses had resigned. Last Sunday, I learnt that my masseuse, Lailaton had resigned as well. So turned out I got my massage by Ezaine and it felt like a total waste of my time and money. Basically she did not put in much effort throughout the massage session and there is no consistency in both rhythm and pressure of the massage. After speaking to the stand-in receptionist upon making payment, she claimed that the staffs’ work schedule for the following week were not ready yet and therefore we could not booked in advance. It felt like all of them could not care less. Please review yours staffs’ service and attitude Train them whenever necessary because the good ones had all probably resigned by now.

I had signed up a package with them which is valid for a year. Went to the outlet in Paradigm Mall. I am truly dissatisfied with their services. Why? We opted for 90 minutes session, was in the room, changed our clothes, and waited for the masseurs. They came in and we started at about 435 pm. Our session ended at 540 pm. I felt this is not right and checked with the PIC, and guess what was the reply? The PIC sent the masseur to explain that they start counting from the time we started changing shoes and clothes. Really? It could not be more than 20 mnts. And how about the timing the masseur went out for toilet break? I felt cheated with their timing. And it was RM 243.00 per session.

Signed a package with them more than 4 years ago and even renewed despite me always not getting the masseuse I always requested for, which usually ended up with me having to change the massage I intended to do in the beginning. 4years has passed with 3being in MCO. They never called me telling me my package was going to lapse. In fact, no one told me there's expiry date. Called me last week telling me I need to top up about RM1000 so that I can continue my package. Super upset.not gonna spend another cent more here.

Of cos service is good and they provide alot of services too. The incharge of the place please take note that how your staff is behaving to the customers when you are not around. Some staffs really ok. Gt few staffs there once we get inside alone they way they talk is rude. But infront of incharges they pretending like they respect and good to the customers. This is the reason fr my 3 star.

Front desk is friendly but the massage quality is very very poor. The lady massaging me kept chatting and giggling with her friend. Very little effort and thought was put into the massage. It was hardly a massage she was just rubbing oil on my feet. Hope you improve from here ❤️

Thiugh the masages are good just don't buy their packages if you cannot commit to finishing it on time. Too strict with timeline. Bought one year package last year, no consideration for extension even though I stay in Seremban.

Too strict with package policy. Just touch one year and it expires, can't even readonly with them that staying in Seremban and the COVID pandemic makes us unable to finish the package on time. Also always fully booked.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Unlike many other places the temperature in there is just right. So you don't feel like freezing while getting your massage. There is a happy hour between 10am and noon with 50% off.

Love the ambience, and the treatment. My favourite is foot reflexology during my lunch break. Food can wait. Too bad it is still close due to mco. Hope I can come back there soon.

i went on december 2022 and i can say it was the best so far. the massager did very well not so rough, and i can request for her to slow down, whenever it got rough …

Loved our couples massages with Detty and Sinta, they were so sweet and respectful. Also loved the front desk lady, sassy and fun, highly recommend

Just on receptionist alone, how keen and friendly they are in answering enquiries is 5 stars. Very cosy ambience. They can do couple massage too.

The environment was very relaxing and the staff was friendly and professional. I had the 90 min oil massage would highly recommend this place.
