First of all, the Entrance is located outside the mall of Emirates in the parking area in ground floor. there is a little door which is covered by papers and the logo of the shop so nothing from inside the shop is visible from outside. That makes it a little tricky to locate for the first time. prices were quite reasonable and staff were polite and helpful. the shelfing and classification was also very helpful, Even for someone who doesn't know the brands. The shop is not very big but still there is a good variety of different kinds of alcohol except for the beer. I couldn't find but two or three different beers and prices were also a little high.

I had the same problem as the previous one. First, the employee was treated badly. I was delayed when taking the visa. He told me that there was no problem. Second, my national ID was taken. I was delayed and very slow. I told him, is there a problem? He said no, so I told him to hurry the taxi is outside and calculate the meter, so he slowed down by increasing the amount, so a discussion took place and it was resolved by the employee. How long are the problems with this branch??? Note that other branches do not do this to me. I expect that it is racist with the Saudi people

It's first time we entered the mall of Emirates and It took half hour to find the shop on the ground floor outside the carparking, At night 8.40 we reached here 9'o clock shop will colse, finally I get some wine's n vodka at the billing section asked abt member card, we have no idea what was that and I told we are tourist we don't have a card than he replied how abt passport' we don't have right this time than they refused to buy It's not the end next day I came back

The shop is OK but it is annoying to have to wait for long time just to enter. Other than that they do advertise no municipal tax and such but that is just advertisement. The prices are much higher then other shops a cross UAE. It is ridiculous to charge 14 aed (almost 5 dollars) for one Corona when you can get for around 30 aed a whole 6 pack at other places. You will find reasonable pricing here and there for different beverages but most are overpriced.

You require a liquor license to enter and buy anything from this store. You can apply the license through MMI and documents you need are - a liquor license form provided by MMI, a No objection letter from your place of work, 2 passport size photos, passport and visa copy, and AED150. This store charges a huge amount of tax, for example 1litre Jack Daniel's will be AED300 on MMI and only AED 140 in Dubai Duty Free at Airport.

Well stocked . Lots of brands yet some great wine brands missing besides few others. But the staff there is most helpful n cooperative. They have patience to take care of all customers n explain/ help them select. My last week oct'2022... recent update.. found 1 can of beer empty in a so called sealed box of 24 Tiger beer. The can has been eaten by some insects.

Woeful customer experience. Waited 4 months for my license, and after having multiple emails ignored, called MOE branch today. The response was "No! No!No! Application was with CID." I asked him how he was sure CID even received the application if he hadn't checked a single detail - not my name, number, email - nothing. Lazy and really unhelpful

I don't understand how some of the people are giving negative reviews just because they will not allow you to buy alcohol without a licence. It's against the law to have alcohol in your possession without a license so best thing to do is quite simple, get a license. Still waiting for mine though and it is taking longer than they said it would.

Disrispectfull staff on the door, came to collect my id card , which i had received an sms, he literally told me to wait while processing many people including entertaining someone who does not speak a word of english while still asking me to wait. If they cant handle one client properly why try to entertain everyone at once.

This place is really the best MMI I have come across the staff name Mr. Abilash is really a good person knows all the brands when it come to liquor. I highly recommend you all to visit this place and get your booz from here. How ever you need a alcohol license when you want to purchase from this place

I applied for the license liquor on 3rd January 2023 .today 16th feb 2023 still not get any messages,I went too the store find out what’s going on.they told me without message you can’t come too the shop ,but they promise 4 weeks it takes very bad experience …

I always purchase a booze in this shop. I'm just disappointed with some staff that is not accommodating and even don't want to assist customers, even though they are not doing anything. I hope your management tries to do some customer service training with your staff.

This is not a place for tourist. You will need a “red card” aka liquor license to buy and alcohol in the UAE. Tourist only option for drinks is the bars/restaurants. What an inconvenience, when flying in remember to stop by the duty free. It will save you a headache.

I would rather use MMI only in case of no other options. They have a decent selcetion but prices are higher compared to other available options. However, still handy to have one in the neighborood as most probaly you will end up needing one at some point.

Such a worst experience I have ever faced in my life. Since 3 months I am facing problems to get my license but no one is not helpful. It’s not about money the way how they response to me is very painful, even License department head office.

Six people working. One person serving. Massive queue of people, seven or more long. One of the women who usually serves staff knew there was a big queue and didn’t help at all. Very poor. I waited far too long in a cramped, smelly shop!

Their Land line is useless no one answers, Calling them now many times, is like no one cares to answers. Very Bad. Need to check some angustura's on what they have available before buying and going to the this shop. It

Good liquor offers for tourists. Some nice deals always available. To find it, look for the food court of the mall, go outside and turn right. And do not forget your passport to buy, like I did....

The store is too small and doesn't offer a variety of spirits or beer. the staff are great at keeping the flow going, but long lines are the norm. Should be four times the size.

It is the place I do my weekly grocery shopping in the Carrefour hyper market and few favorite shop for kiddo and myself. Pleasant place to spend your special occasions as well.

Great prices! Great staff. They know their regular and treat the most suffering alcoholics with respect. But don’t help anyone who doesn’t have a licence or passport.

Tried calling the store several times but no answer. Their Website says the store is open but yet no one bothers to answer the phone. Very unprofessional behavior.

Scotch and whiskey are.lil.bit expensive but it's fine.....don't forget you can buy liquor only after alcohol license or need to be in visit visa with passport

Small alcohol shop, a little hard to find so i would recommend using the information screens inside the mall for guidance. Dont forget to bring your passport!

Expensive but considering is UAE is worthy. Good variety of drinks. Bring your passport with you if you want to access any of the alcohol drinks.

Just know not to use GPS to find this place. It is hidden outside of the mall but on the mall premises!!! Also, the selection is minimum!!!

MMI..... it's my new experience in dubai. ONE OF THE BEST liquor available places with low costs. now I started to go frequently to visit.
