I bought building supplies and plaster from this store and paid quite a lot of money with my products being ‘in stock’. After agreeing to return shortly with an organised truck I received a phone call from Michael saying that the plaster that I paid for, majority of them were cracked (which were already paid for) and recommended me to go to another store in Hallam that would have costed me an extra $100 for delivery. I asked him for some form of compensation and he was severely rude and would cost me extra time and money and all he responded with ‘but I said I was sorry’. He was very rude, was not helpful at all and had no empathy for the major inconvenience he had caused as I had builders waiting for a job that this plaster was bought for. I do not recommend this businesses services nor products. Whether the plaster I paid for were even in stock or not, I have no idea as he didn’t show me. Do not buy from this business. I was shocked that the manager (Michael) was this rude to customers after their mistake. Highly disappointed.

I highly recommand MP Interior product and service, quality is good, and service is prompt, me and my father will be back again
