I recently had the misfortune of parking my vehicle at the 95 MP parking garage, and I must say, it was an utterly disastrous experience that I would strongly advise anyone against repeating. From start to finish, this parking garage managed to showcase a stunning level of incompetence, dishonesty, and outright negligence that left me both infuriated and financially burdened. To begin with, my first encounter was with their payment system – a system that managed to double charge me for my parking duration. Not only did this inconvenience me, but it also showed a complete lack of attention to detail on their part. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare. Upon returning home, I was metwith the shocking sight of a damaged roof. The magnitude of the damage was alarming, and it was evident that the garage staff had not only neglected to inform me about it but had also deliberately maneuvered my car in such a way that it obscured the damage. It became clear that their intention was to evade responsibility and shirk their duties. The real kicker came when I took my vehicle to a repair shop and received an estimate for the damages – a staggering $6,000! The fact that this parking garage's negligence had cost me such a significant amount of money was beyond infuriating. I reached out to them multiple times, leaving messages and trying to initiate contact, but it was as if my attempts were falling into a void. They blatantly ignored my calls and even worse, showed no interest in responding to my insurance company's inquiries. The complete lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by this garage is absolutely appalling. Not only did they fail to properly maintain their facility, but they also engaged in deliberate actions to hide their wrongdoings. The fact that they have chosen to evade responsibility, avoid communication, and leave me to bear the brunt of the financial consequences speaks volumes about their utter disregard for their customers. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how terrible my experience with MP parking was. From the double charges to the roof damage, and the subsequent evasion of responsibility, this parking garage managed to tick off every box in the list of things a reputable business should never do. My sincere advice to anyone reading this is to steer clear of this garage and spare yourself the stress, financial burden, and frustration that I have had to endure.

Unfortunately, this parking garage is extremely expensive (like $50 for up to 12 hours kinda expensive!!) and you do have to hand over your car key to them and they park it for you in the garage. I didn’t really like the idea of handing over my car key to someone I didn’t know-let alone them driving my car-but, in the end, I trusted them and it was totally fine!! My stuff had not been gone through or moved and there were no dings or scratches on my car when I got it back!! When you’re ready to leave, all you have to do is call them and they will bring your car down from wherever they parked it and have it waiting for you when you get there-which not having a wait time is always awesome!! The guys working there were extremely nice and helpful!! They are pretty much the only “24/7” parking garage that was actually open “24/7” in that area! All in all, I’d definitely park there again!!

STOLEN PROPERTY on 10/21/2023!!! Parked at 8:30am left at 9pm. Valuables in glove compartment gone! Don’t park here! Like other reviews state, attendants were very nice when handing off the car, too nice. Like complimenting my breaks -_- I should’ve known something was up. The next day I notice that valuables left in my glove compartment were gone!!! Ive parked cars in Manhattan for 7+ years and I have never been worried about whats left in the car. The man with the versace jacket handed me my car keys and started being weird when he noticed I also speak spanish like him. I will be taking legal action, this is unacceptable!

WARNING - "the car lift broke at 4:30pm" -- with my vehicle trapped inside the underground garage with NO other exit. No professional repair technician came - and nobody from the garage worked to resolve our problem. Another customer was able to fix the lift himself and retrieved his own vehicle -- at 9pm.

Worst experience in garage parking lot. Understaffed and Overcharges to those who prepaid. I was the 2nd customer to checkout and 4 other vehicles belonging to customers that checked in after me drove off while i waited for mine. Over 25 mins waiting time for my truck, STAY AWAY!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We pre paid a spot and when we got there they told us we owed $25 extra for showing up 10 min early. SCAM DONT USE THIS PLACE. Rude and unhelpful.

Great garage - workers are very friendly and attentive. Car is always brought quickly and without issue very good job overall.

Not 24 hour service, we waited about 2 hours before someone showed up. He also dented the car…..

Don’t park here even if it’s the last place to park in Manhattan. JUST DON’T.
