My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle at MQ Realty to purchase our very first property. Michelle took into accountability our needs and situation to provide the best possible outcome for us. She is very accomodating, patient and proactive in communitcating with us no matter the time. It was an honour to have Michelle as our real estate agent as she did her best (even outside work hours and days off) to provide us with a welcoming, warm, smooth experience. We are extremely lucky and grateful that our first experience milestone of owning a property was stress free! Thank you Michelle!!

Only commenting as a vacating tenant.. There are some nice individuals there but I would recommend trying to rent through someone else if you have a choice. The first response to any maintenance requests over 2 years was always "no, that is your responsibility" and some of the team on that side are very arrogant and difficult to deal with. With the moving out inspection, it felt like they went over everything with a fine tooth comb looking for any minor issue. Almost felt like they think they are not doing their job unless they find a way to claw some of your bond back for the landlord.

Very unprofessional, Worst real estate ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. They managed the property and I find out recently, there are 12 people living in my property (actual tenant doesn't even live in the house and making money off my property). The repairs I need to pay with my own money. They (MQ real estate) doesn't like to take responsibility and send me a email to terminate the contract (feels like they are running away from the problem). Very disappointed by their so called professionalism.

We inspected this property multiple times and he had always ensured enough inspection time has been given to the potential purchasers. He answered queries promptly and ensured the purchase transaction went smoothly. Go Eric- AMAZING WORK!!

It’s really disappointing. I did inspection for the apartment last week and send application that day. I send message to ask about how it’s going. Firstly, I’m trying to get touch with the agent who is responsible for renting but no reply.
