Honestly my husband and I got pizza when they first opened and it was really good the wings too .. but recently it hasn't been good at all we got pizza a couple months back and it didn't taste good but edible.. last night we were craving chicken wings and we got 32 wings for $45 including tax .. we called ahead of time to make sure they where done when we got there because we were getting pizza from somewhere else. Also the girl who answered didn't understand what my husband was ordering. We picked them up got home and the wings had so much water all over the container that they came in .. it smelt disgusting.. there was barely any sauce on them .. we asked for half bbq half honey garlic.. I took a bite and it was still raw the smell I couldn't deal with it so I called no one answered I called again same thing then someone texted me instead of calling me back . I called today and told them what happened and the person said he can't help me because he's just an employee, I asked for the manager and he hesitated, I asked him when will the manger be in he said not sure maybe 9pm. honestly I will NEVER buy from here again...if I could give them a zero out of five I would terrible experience

Not sure what happened Monday night but wow…I called past midnight and asked to put in an order for delivery, right away the guy who answered the phone asked if I had Uber eats. I said no I don’t, I then gave him my order and he word for word told me “why not just go on Uber eats, it’ll be cheaper man”. It was not cheaper. The delivery with them was $22, where as on Uber eats it was $30? From there, I put in my order and they tell me it’ll be about 45 mins. An hour into me waiting, and not a single call from them or update. I called them and they said they’re on their way. I’ve now been waiting an hour and 30 minutes and still no food. I get a call from them and the guy tells me “I’ll need another 20 minutes, do you still want your food?”….This is just wild. Basically 2 hours for food and brutal customer service? No thanks. Completely unsatisfactory. Keep it up if you don’t want customers.

I ordered delivery from Mr. Pizza. I'm very impressed and satisfied with my order. I am definitely ordering from them again. I got the "Two Sub Deal." It comes with 2 subs (of your choice), 2 drinks, and a small order of fries. I got the "Philly Cheese Steak Sub" and the "Chicken Baconator Sub" both were VERY delicious. Made perfectly, had the perfect amount of items in each of the Subs. The portions are amazing. Everything was fresh, delicious and hot. Even the fries stayed hot during delivery, and they weren't soggy or hard. They were perfect. I highly recommend Mr. Pizza.

I am giving a 2 star purely because the service was okay and they are open until 5am and we ordered at 1:30am. Food wise we ordered two large pizzas and the price was okay, not terrible however, after eating it I will say definitely overpriced now. Everyone please stay away, worst pizza I have ever had in my life, undercooked so the cheese wasn’t melted enough so it was like a block of cheese and the crust was so doughy, that combination created a horrid eating experience. Disgusting. Pepperoni on top was alright.

Superb cheese pizza, a bunch full of eating options, worth the price. Quantity is fantastic. Quite a lot of customers when I visited, I had to wait in line. The taste is really good. I would go back for the wrap and slice of pizza.

Packaged very poorly for Uber eats. We can play the blame game here all we want but we really don’t know who’s at fault. The pizza was solid. I really wished the wings came sauced but they were solid. I will absolutely try them again and make sure I order take out to give them the fair shot they deserve. Seriously. For a pizza and everything place that is open to 5am!? Give them a chance! Just don’t make the mistake I made. Go to them or order directly from them and not Uber. Thanks for staying open until 5 am every night! A lot of people appreciate it I imagine.

I used to be a frequent customer at this store due to some of their plates who were really good. However, I'm saddened to note a significant decline in both taste and quality lately. The dishes i once enjoyed seem to have lost their appeal. It's disheartening to see such a drop in the standard of the food. I ordered a poutine (holly molly), a dish I've enjoyed here before, but what a i received was a plate lacking sauce and flavor. It seemed like a completely different meal from what i remembered.

I saw a post on Facebook from the owner to try their steak and chicken poutine, so I wanted to try that last night. I ordered large poutine which cost me around $15, firstly I was so disappointed with the quantity, they gave largely fries. I’m a poutine fanatic and I must say this is the worst and saltiest poutine I have ever tried, I ate half of that as I was hungry. I informed the guy who took my order and they did fix that by just adding new fries and few meat, I couldn’t argue more and just left. I hope they taste the food before serving to the customers.

Several mistakes were made! Order a chicken club, wasn't cut through completely. Boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger with nothing but cheese and ketchup and mustard, he received a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mayo (which he's allergic to!) Pizzas are fine. I also ordered a steak shawarma for my father and the bread is soggy and wasn't cut at all!! Not impressed!!! Never again!

Recently ordered for delivery. Disappointed with the food quality. Good stuff: - generous toppings - fair prices - pizza tomato sauce is good Bad stuff: - While toppings were generous, they put the mushrooms and bacon under the cheese, causing it to be stringy, undercooked, and not a good texture - bacon was uncooked as entire pizza only had stringy, uncooked mushy bacon under the sauce. No bacon on top. - pizza was overcooked and burnt on top All pepperoni tasted burnt while the crust was undercooked with some dough still raw.

Was in there the other night picking up an order for my family, walked in and heard the owner talking about workers and refering to them as "peasants" and saying how he's so much better because he "runs a business all from his desk and can't be bothered to to do a peasants job". I was FLOORED someone would talk about other people like this. I walked right out, didn't even get my food.

Ordered the “Small Pizza & 8 Wings” deal on Skipthedishes. Definitely a solid bang for your buck. Got the thick crust & is the size of a medium if not bigger. Dough was a little undercooked, but that’s the only negative, easy could pop it back in the oven for another 5 minutes tops & would be a 5*. What I tried tasted fresh & was very enjoyable. Highly recommend to everyone in the area & especially students looking to save a buck where they can.

I order from Mr Pizza every other Saturday for my staff and they absolutely love it. I used to order from all the other pizza shops and my guys can eat eight large pizzas easily, but from Mr pizza after three larges theres still leftovers. It's great quality and everyone is always satiated. Highly recommend

Mr. Pizza on St. Laurent is good. They put the toppings overtop of the cheese like Italian style for mine. I just want anyone to know that it really surpassed my expectations and it was better than many I had ordered in other parts of the Ottawa region

The preparation and presentation of our meal on monday night. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment. The presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Why go to pizza pizza when theres Mr pizza around the corner, definitely recommend this spot and we shall return!

Told me it was 7$ went outside and took this picture. He told me the sign is 2 years old and i need "to open my eyes and look at the menu" I ended up going elsewhere and while I waited shared my experience with the other pizza place and they said "the clearly don't know how to treat customers".

It has been 3 times I've purchased food from you has not been satisfied me . Frices are burned out all the time and pizzas not cut .even I have warned them last time I ordered .they said ok.they will be careful but It wa the same mistakes they did. I'm not going to buy anything from now on
