I bought parts from MSY for the first time and was a very pleasant experience. One part wasn't in but they made an extra effort to put it all together as it was needed quickly. I then had a problem 2 weeks later with a power supply and I bought it over and spoke with Acer at customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped diagnosed the error which was my own fault and sent me on my way happy in less than 10 minutes. Was a real pleasure, my only complaint being they don't accept cash which is a little frustrating. Highly recommend.
