I have only been to this msy once and had a bad experience thats why Im giving it 2 stars because I'm not a local customer. I was trying to build a pc and didn't exactly know whats parts to get so I went to msy. when I got in there I was greeted buy this man slouched and leaning on the desk when I went to him I said could you help me build a pc and then he said whats parts. but I just wanted them to recommend parts but instead of nicely saying we cant do that or no sorry he just started acting really mean and keep rolling his eyes. I'm not says msy is bad it was just one bad experience

I came with a list of items for a PC build and they quickly picked up on two issues i overlooked. After I built it PC did not boot. I took it back for advice expecting I may get redirected to manufacturer but they tested it and found that both motherboard and CPU were dead. Not MSY's fault but they took back both and refunded without any questions. I picked a new motherboard and CPU and they rebuilt it free of charge and put windows trial to confirm it was all good. Pleased with refund and time they put in to ensure it was all good.

NO Stars ,, I found staff rude and uncaring , I needed a part I knew the part number and the price and they had it in stock , I rushed home from work , got stuck in traffic got to shop 5:28 even though the sign said they closed at 5:30 they had already locked the door and refused to let me in .. I work in retail if my boss saw me do that I would be fired

Look, I bought a monitor and as a graphic designer there was a few issues with it that weren't inherently visible to most users. That being said both the customer service I received when buying the monitor and when I returned the monitor for a refund was amazing. They would get so many timewasters so very thankful for the great service I received.

My go to technology store. Always lowest prices and the staff are nice and polite. I come here all the time to get my computer components, windows operating systems, peripherals and other accessories such as cables. So it is a really easy recommend MSY Elizabeth to anyone because of the prices and staff kindness. Thanks for reading

I bought a microphone for $15 - got home it did not work - tried to phone the store for more than 45 minutes so far - absolutely disgraceful (I am still waiting for them to answer.... - if this is how they treat their customers, clearly they do not want any. - I would not recommend them to anyone - they do not deserve any stars

Best prices. Staff are really nice. I have listened to them talk to everyday prople with their common problems and they are even good enough to help break it down for them when i would have switched off. Excellent place to buy, and still have after sales support... especially considering what i can only imagine are low margins.

Cheap, good IT hardware and the premier place for computer people to buy their kit. Warehouse feel, simple counter and point of sale means you are getting good prices. Staff are good people. You need to have a good idea what you want before you visit. Use the website and research before you go as there is a lot of choices.

absolute legends. Just bough a case and psu for my first gaming pc and i didnt rlly know what to get but they pointed me in the right direction extemely helpful will be buying my cpu ram and motherboard from there all the workers are great and ill definately be coming back in the future! and adam is a mega legend

My go to store for bits that I need now rather than wait a few days. Walked in with a friend and picked up all the parts for a new system far cheaper and better than a complete system even if Harvey Norman had a sale . Prices within a dollar or 2 of online usually and no postage is a value winner.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Adam. We brought an item under warranty in and Adam was great. Just ask questions as they will have an answer and will guide you in the right direction. My son sourced most items here to build his Computer. I highly recommend you visit this Store.

Honestly from the reviews I've seen about MSY you would think it's just some run down joint in the middle of nowhere but to be honest it is truly the nicest and most reliable place to go to buy cheap PC parts and the staff there are just great. Keep it up MSY Elizabeth team you are bloody amazing!

All these reviews saying bad service ? Im guessing it's those that dont have a basic understanding of what they want , It's not coles guys its a wholesale pc components store . Never had an issue with any of the guys down there 8/10 only gave 8/10 because it isnt open on sundays.

Great place for computer parts at good prices. It is a warehouse style business, so you need to have an idea of what you want before you go, but I've found the staff here are friendly and helpful. Good range of parts, but worth checking stock levels online before a trip there.

Great place was shocked back when they had closed for a while but they eventually reopened and seem to be running a fair bit better than before staff are great willing to help out where possible and explain things to you. Not hard to spend money here but it's well worth it

Went in with enquiry about an online order. Staff was happy to spend time discussing things and answered all questions patiently. Bright, clean shop with good layout. Good range of items on display and available. This shop has become my go-to place for upgrades and parts.

I normally wouldn't rate a Msy store highly. And if I did it would be purely because of price, maybe. But the boys at elizabeth were a great help on many occasions. The store seems to have everything I've wanted in stock, and I didn't walk out with questions unanswered.

These guys talk down to their customers, leave stock at the warehouse for over a week on accident, Give wrong parts and then wouldn't honor the special price when the part came in. Rude, And unfriendly shall use the city store due to elizabeths terrible service.

Guys at the Elizabeth store know their stuff and can usually answer all your questions. I always go to msy and buy all my comps n lappys good prices and garentees. Check out msy first before Mr Harvey's when your in the market for a new device....

Staff are unhelpful and very very rude and their telephone technique leave a lot to be desired. They either do not understand their products well or just do not care about the questions of the customer and can not or will not provide advice

As long as you have a idea on what your after and do a little bit of research on what your after this is one of the best places to go to. Stock availability is a bit scarce at times. However the staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Very friendly service great prices you can't go wrong. But the opening hours on the weekends are horribly bad. Which does not make sense to me because that seems like the sort of time that everyone would go to get their parts.

Got a custom pc built. The website was very vague as to which parts I was getting. Assumed they'd be the cheapest available. To my surprise I received a higher end gaming RTX 3060, better ram and an upgraded fan on the CPU.

Been there before with my list of parts i wanted. Changed everything but 2 parts. Yesterday they closed the door in my face at 3.30 closing time at 5pm. Went to Auswide computers and spent big cash there instead.

Went into store yesterday and the service was just great, the guy even recommended to have a better CPU and also save me money as well doing the BIOS update for me and made sure everything was running good.

Great staff, got my PC parts from here about 6 weeks ago, and they are in fantastic condition (brand new) got a free buzzer so that's a plus. Just easy people to talk to. Edit: permanently closed now

I haven't had any issues here at all, 99% of the time they are the cheapest and always offer friendly advice. I haven't had to deal with warranties though them so I can't comment on that.

One of the best place to buy tech in SA if your not looking to buy online then you should definitely check them out as most stores in SA dont sell some of the tech and parts they sells

Customer service is non existent. Staff are rude. When questioned about Saturday trading hours had door slammed in our faces. On their website Saturday trading is 2pm till 530pm

Had some cheesy HDs over the years BUT always had the best warranty service. They always replaced my faulty gear no question asked.
