Goes to show how one employee can ruin your business's reputation. This is a small building that serves sandwiches and snacks out of a window that's located across from the MTC bus station downtown Tampa, FL. This particular employee is a heavy set black guy who wears glasses and wears his ball cap backwards. Sorry, I don't know his name, but he's the only black guy that works there. The couple of visits I made here were bad experiences. The first time I ordered fries. He hands MY fries out the window to some homeless guy who had not even ordered yet and because that person put his hands all over my fries, I would not accept them. So they proceeded to make me another batch. Meanwhile, some lady walks up and orders her fries well-done, fried hard, if you will. When the black guy handed me my fries, I walked away and as I was walking, I opened my fries up to discover that he had handed me the lady's fries who wanted them fried hard(near burnt). Disgusted, I threw them in the trash. The second time I ordered fries. While my my fries were being prepared, some pretty lady walks up and orders fries too. The same black guy hands her the fries that were supposed to be mine. So now I had to wait even longer for my food while she walks away with my order. Even though I kept my cool, he knew I was upset about it, so he tries to smooth it over by giving me more fries in the container. If you buy food from this place, stand right at the window like everyone else does because he seems to have a short-term memory problem. He frequently hands your food to the wrong person allowing them to put their filthy hands on your food. I understand if someone places a larger order, they shouldn't expect to be served before someone with a smaller order, but for two customers who order the exact same thing, I would think that the customer who ordered first would be served first. RECAP: This black guy doesn't work at this place anymore but he does work at another fry shack a block away from this one so that's why I'm not deleting this review so you'll be aware of him when you see him. EDIT: He's back at MTC Cafe. The other place he worked at shut down.

This place is located right by the Marion Transit center and let me tell you; I was visiting from out of town last week. When my bus pulled into the station, it was one of the first places I saw. It's a mom-and-pop type of place and I ordered a sandwich from there. Needless to say the sandwich tasted great and was done very well. 2 days later I was preparing to leave town and stop by there in the morning and had one of the best egg and sausage sandwiches that I've had in a long time! Everything they made their was fresh and not processed. Nothing microwaved. If you ever are in that part of Tampa by the Marion Transit Center, you should definitely check them out!

Honestly not a fan . Customer service is a 0! For me that makes or breaks a business ! I just Got off the Megabus and was hungry and thirsty . I went up to the window and I asked him how do they make the hotdogs and the man at the window gave me the only dumbfounded look and said whatchu” mean. I then replied again how do you make them . He just stared at me like I said something about his mother . Boiled, microwaved, grilled? He then replies I mean whatchu think ? I was done from there .. I grabbed my bags and took my business to Burger King .. a little walks away ..

What can I say, is it like McDonald's? No. Is it Subway? No. But if you get hungry around that spot waiting for the bus, and you can't wait till you get home or where you're going, it's the closest thing there is to get a quick bite...

Great little family business with absolutely great prices, fresh and very fast service, being by the bus station they are fast and good, and I love those large verity of snacks and convenient location

Told me if I didn't have the deluxe bus pass, no service wth! I'm just trying to grab a snack on the way to work!? Edit* more people just trying to grab a snack between busses

This hidden gem has tasty snacks and out of this world burgers, wings, and fries! Great place to grab something between bus rides or for lunch when downtown!

Very neat & clean little business accepts Hartline. Food is freshly made verity of beverages very convinent and great prices. very quick tasty and fresh

Breakfast sandwich was off the chain! Delicious. Had the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Wow.
