I ordered flowers via Katarina at My Florist for my sister who lives in Prague. I am based in London. I had an email conversation with Katarina as I was having issues ordering online (my own fault, I had forgotten to add my sister's postcode for delivery) and Katarina responded immediately and was so helpful. She also then kept me updated with my order via email, letting me know what flowers were in season and what she might use, and she also gave me a sneaky peak of the bouquet before it arrived at my sister's. Superb service and quality! I found this excellent florist by recommendation of a dear friend in Prague. My friend has really good taste so when I wanted to thank her with a bouquet I contacted My Florist via WhatsApp. The experience in choosing the blooms (magnificent fresh peonies) and their beautifully elegant arrangement in a box has been a great pleasure. In a word: exceptional. I chose the florist based off of pictures on her website. In addition to the fine artistry of their work, I was happily surprised by the outstanding level of customer service. Katarina emailed me shortly after receiving my order to let me know what to expect. Velmi dobré a útulné květinářství, kde najdete i netradiční květiny. Není zde sice takový výběr jako v jiných květinářstvích, například v obchodních centrech, ale přístup k zákazníkovi je zde něco naprosto nevídaného. Paní majitelka mi trpělivě pomáhala s výběrem asi 10 minut, byla milá, usměvavá, cítil jsem se zde opravdu dobře a s výsledkem jsem byl spokojen. Pokud navíc rádi podporujete malé podniky, je tohle jasná volba.

She replied straightaway, sent me a picture of the bouquet once it was done and even confirmed once it was delivered! Katka is really helpful for anything you need. She is reactive and can make some magic with an awesome bouquet almost on the spot. Listening to what you want, and if not possible regarding the season, kind of flower she will let you know, ask you and take you along the journey to make the best impression. Naprostá spokojenost! Oceňuji neobyčejně vřelý a profesionální přístup paní floristky. Domluva ohledně kytice probíhala velice rychle přes WhatsUp a telefonicky. Kytice byla ještě mnohem krásnější než jsem si představovala a a sklidila velký obdiv. Neokoukané variace květin a nádherné kombinace barev. Do jiných květinářství už nemusím chodit :)
