Bestellung, Lieferung, Qualität - TOP !! Wir haben uns nach einigem Suchen für eine Couch von MYSOFA entschieden. Der Shop in Limassol ist gut erreichbar und die Beratung war super professionell und sehr nett. Das Sofa wird mit einer 50% Anzahlung speziell nach den Wünschen des Kunden angefertigt (wir denken in Griechenland). Die Lieferzeit betrug bei uns etwa 3 Monate und dies mitten im Corona Lockdown - MEGA !! Es wurden uns immer wieder Updates und sogar Fotos vom Sofa aus der Produktion gesendet. Etwa 2 Wochen vor Lieferung wurde der Liefertermin mit uns vereinbart. Das Serviceteam stand dann auch pünktlich in der Einfahrt und hat das Sofa aufgebaut. Nun haben wir etwa ein halbes Jahr gewartet um auch die Qualität der Couch objektiv beurteilen zu können. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Nach wie vor sitzt man fest auf den Polstern. Nichts färbt aus, oder wirkt wackelig. Die Sitzpolster kann man auch abziehen & waschen und sollte wirklich mal etwas passieren, ist auch alles nachbestellbar. 1A QUALITÄT !! I found my dream sofa and I still can not believe it Of course this is thanks to Mr Nikolas and his team who are great people as well!! Willing to help and answer to everything!! I am really glad that I met them. I strongly believe that no other company has the same approach in Cyprus. I am really grateful I hope to make other purchases in the future as well. Also, if you are not sure about the material (whether is fabric, leather, velvet etc) you can go to their offices in Limassol to check it out with Mr Nikolas. Our sofa is out of this world!!! Mr Nikolas and his team were there to answer all of my questions and responded promptly to all communication (mail/telephone). I looked for months to find what I was looking for and I found my dream sofa at "mysofa Cyprus". It was on a completely different colour and material than the one I bought but Mr Nikolas reassured me that the end product would be excellent. He even send me samples to make sure that I would be 100% happy. Would definitely recommend! Great products, material, organisation and most of all people!

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ήρθανε όλα τα έπιπλα σύμφωνα με το χρονοδιάγραμμα που μας είχανε δώσει, παρόλο που έχουμε lockdown. Τα έπιπλα όλα ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και η ποιότητα ακόμη πιο καλή απ οτι περίμενα. Επιπλέον κάνουν ευκολίες στην πληρωμή. Θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Amazing sofas and service! They are super comfortable, the fabric is soft and they look goood. The only problem now is that I will need to get a projector because these sofas are meant for movie nights =D
