Having celiac disease, I'm used to not being able to partake in the enjoyment of baked goods. Well, today was my day! I live right up the street from where this food tuck is normally parked. I noticed it before but never thought to stop and check it out. Today while walking past on my way home from the post office, I finally did. And I was absolutely ecstatic to find out it was a GLUTEN FREE bakery food truck! The staff were all super friendly and inviting, prices are reasonable, portions perfect. I ended up trying the Banana Bread and Lemon Cake, but there were a lot more to choose from. Best of all, these baked goods are so freaking good . I can't wait to go back and try some of the other options! I'm thinking scone next. Thanks bunches for the delicious food and wonderful service.

First time here and got the lemon loaf and was not disappointed. Love the fact that their whole menu is gluten free, hard to find good GF bakeries but this is definitely one. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other options! Definitely pricey ($10 for a small loaf), but it is gluten free so that’s to be expected. The icing was really tasty and the loaf was decent (not incredible), but again for a GF loaf it’s pretty good. Overall 8/10

I had originally tried there cookies at Toms market where they supply cookies to the shop for a quick pick up snack. Decided to actually check out the truck which is right in front of Maaribu furniture and was super happy with the quality of the cookies really good especially for it being gluten free very friendly staff upbeat and happy just to be there baking desserts won't be let down by the staff or the food would recommend they sell out of cookies and after eating one you'd understand why

Their pastries were great, but I wasn’t sure if they’re worth the hype and the money. I ordered coffee and they charged about $3-4 for a cup of serve yourself coffee regular store bought black coffee which wasn’t good at all. Overall, ok experience.

I love the savory scones with Parmesan and rosemary and all the sweet treats, but the best part of it is the amazing service. We placed an order as it started to rain. We ran back to our car so we wouldn’t get drenched, but it was so rainy we couldn’t see when our order was ready. They ran our order to our car in the pouring rain - it doesn’t get better than this!

We happened to be walking by, when we smelled the delicious scent of fresh baked pastries. We had to check out the menu, and I'm so glad we stopped! Their gold spice sandwich cookie is so tasty! Plus, they even had a little gluten free treat for our pupper :) The prices are very reasonable, the workers are friendly, and I would definitely stop here again!

I found this gluten free bakery truck, that is in the parking lot of the Maaribu furniture store. Let me tell you the pastries there are amazing! They are so moist and very delicious They have regular pastries and my favorite the gluten free. Byron, Cora, and Naomi work there and are so friendly. I will be going back there!!!

Best gluten free pumpkin donut I’ve ever had. We were visiting from out of town, and we drove out of our way to come here every single day. No issues with cross-contamination, super friendly employees, and DELICIOUS GF goodness. Loved it!

Completely meh. Great its all gluten-free, but the taste just isn't there. Employees did not seem Knowledgeable at all about the menu- after telling me what was available there were 3 pastries gone, and I was told the dragon fruit cupcake was sweet, but it's all cream cheese.

Byron and this truck need to be in all places at all times! We tried the cashew date bites, brownie, lemon loaf, and Passion fruit cupcake... AND tomorrow we'll be back for the blueberry and lemon scones! …

I absolutely LOVE the gf goodies here! The doughnuts and scones are my favorite Byron is so friendly and is always a joy to see when I stop by for my weekly gf treats at the Maaribu Bakery Truck! …

Didn't realize it was gluten free. The Golden cookie was tiny. (Please note picture, and also I have tiny hands) It tasted ok given that it was gluten free I guess. I was served a rock hard cold cookie.
