I have been going to Mac Field Medical centre since they opened.I normally see Dr Reza, Dr Chowdrary or Dr Sultana who are fantastic. I have had issues with receptionist, a short filo lady and the blonde lady (Karen) who are just plain rude and unfriendly. Normally I would not let them bother me but I had to see Drs after being in discomfort all night. I called this am before going in to see if I could make an appointment.i was told no. I went in to the practice at about 11 and asked to see Dr Sultana. I was told there are 5 patients in front of me. I asked the receptioned if i could be called on my mobile when I am next in line as i had my newborn and partner waiting in the car just outside th3 practice.The blonde reception rudely replied that she was too busy for that sort of thing.There was just 2 doctors on at that time and about 7 patient in the waiting room!The same staff member was seen speaking rudely to other patients as well. The medical centre needs friendlier front of the line staff. No one goes to see the doctor for fun. If you can't handle answering phone and putting on a smile as you welcoming patient's,you shouldn't be working in a medical field. As I told Dr Sultana , as much as I like her looking after me, I am now looking for a gp who take appointments and have friendly staff. In other words. Don't go here unless you are ready to wait and be spoken to rudely by the receptionist.

In order to write a review, I had to give a star! This place deserves a big fat ZERO!! I went in for my appt and the receptionist was too busy having a private conversation with her friend over the phone, rather than concentrating on customers. The Dr, seemed as if he didn't understand English or the concerns I had, while explaining my issues, I had noticed twice throughout the appt, that he had checked his Facebook messages during the appt me!! Who in their right mind, does that!! I do not recommend this place and there is no way in hell, i'll ever go back!

Alot of bad reviews on this place but looking at most of the patients that come here, they expect silver service on a platter. I find all the doctors extremly knowledgable, empathetic and caring, my main Dr, Dr Zaman is always following up on my issues and providing me with a ton of advice, if he isnt available, other doctors at the centre are glad to help. The place is busy, the secretarys are rushed and sometimes can be abit rude, but what do you expect when they deal with alot of bogans in the area who think they are priveleged.

I’m so glad that I found this medical practice with the best knowledgeable doctors (dr Tozammel Hussain- such a humble doctor as well as a good human being)and a very friendly admin especially when I had to move from other medical due to relocation and they had made a effort to bring my medical records from there. Especially mash, a young lady working at the front desk gives undoubtedly pleasant service as well greeting with a smile

Terrible experience. If you can get thru on the phone, and not be hung up on multiple times, Doctor Sultana can be rude and condescending. Not my idea of a family medical centre in Australia. I felt that if I was a different nationality, and not Australian,I may have been treat better. I should have listened to my husband who stopped going there years ago for the same reasons. Never again. There are better centres very nearby.

An absolutely UNPLEASANT experience to visit this practice; as unprofessional front staff and doctor/s lacking basic 'meet & greet' mannerism. They cause inconvience to visiting patients by directing them to follow procedure/s that are entirely either not required or not necessary. "Pathetic' would be the right word to sum up.

Amazing medical centre I have ever been . Experienced and best doctors r here . I m treated by Dr Dr Tozammel Hossain last couple of months and in my experienced he is one of the best doc I have ever been . Reception service is awesome specially mention Mash is always smiley and helpful to solve any problem.

Dr zaman is the nicest doctor you will ever meet . he is very caring and always concerned about his patience he has helped me so much I would highly recommend him and every time I go there the blonde receptionist with glasses is always lovely towards me , she makes me feel so welcome

The Receptionist here are fabulous. They work promptly and always very helpful and caring. Doctors are fantastic. They talk and listen to their patients with lot of care and respect. Thank you so much to all the amazing Receptionist's and Doctors. I will def give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.

This is the best place for general treatment in this area. Friendly staffs and experienced doctors. Dr Hussain has been treating us for seven years and hands down he is the best in Sydney. Mash is an amazing receptionist! Overall very happy with the centre.

Hi there I just went see GP today evening at 7:30pm. But shop was closed. Then I see timings on the wall. Monday to Friday closing time 9:00pm. I was hardly walked there. Because my foot was operated last week. I’m really upset with this clinic.

MFMP is one of the best medical practices in the area. The friendly staff and doctors are always there to serve. Especially, the front staff Mashiat always been very keen to help as much as she can. I highly recommend this place.

All the receptionist are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The doctor I see here has been amazing, she has gone out of her way to help, and treat me both physically and emotionally. Best practice I've been to.

The doctors are absolutely useless and have actually lied to my face on more than one occasion, they also contradict each other so much it's ridiculous. Worst experience I've ever had with a medical centre.

I live around the corner and won't be there ever again! rather drive a long way to any other medical centres. That how bad this is! Google should alow minus (-) stars for these kind of people.

Worst medical center. Reached the center 5 mins before the appointment time waited for an hour to get my turn.. whats the point of making appointment. Not the first time always same issue..

Worst medical centre for not migrants, doctors do not understand english. I got information from nsw health and these drs refused to listen or read the email.

Dr Chowdhury Akram Zaman one of the worst doctor I have ever seen. Most confused and have no idea what is happening around him or what he is saying somone.

Receptionist no good. She was very rude. We came 5 times. Always says come tomorrow. Time 1.45 pm Tuesday.
