I ordered refills last Thursday to pick up on Saturday. I came Saturday and they weren't ready. I was on my break at work and didn't have time to wait, so I told them I would come back the next week. I came back five days later and they still didn't have my prescriptions ready. This is not the only time I've given plenty of notice that I need to pick up refills only to have them not be ready. When I started using this pharmacy, I knew they were busy, but I thought that by always giving plenty of notice for refills, I would be able to count on them to have my medications ready when I need them. Unfortunateley, no. I asked today if there was a better way to do things so I can make sure my prescriptions will be ready when I need them. The pharmacist suggested I ask them to call me to let me know they're ready. This doesn't seem like a solution - when they do call, it's typically only an hour or so before I need to pick them up. If they don't call, it's too late for me to do anything about - I'm basically in the same situation as if I come to the pharmacy and they don't have my medication ready. Months ago, I had questions about a new medication. The pharmacist told me he would do some research and then give me a call, as it's not a common medication. No one called. This is a busy pharmacy - apparently too busy for individual patients to matter.

Didn't have a good experience with this pharmacy. They overcharged me & are unwilling to accommodate the needs of disabled people. I require delivery due to chronic illness. They were delivering my prescriptions between 8:30-9pm. I asked for earlier delivery because this was too late for me and was exacerbating my insomnia. They said they have no control over delivery times. My next two deliveries arrived even later just before 9:30pm. I changed pharmacies and found that they were also grossly over charging me! One prescription I have cost $146 here and $71 at another pharmacy. Same medication, dose, and quantity... I double checked. That's a massive difference & I feel robbed.

The delivery service is so bad they deliver our medication past 11pm the time ! It's so late at night, kids are asleep and the delivery guy doesn't care and bangs the door so hard, making loud noises which wakes everyone including my neighbors! It's like we were burgerlize! McDonald's pharmacy seems l they cannot do anything about it and kept mentioning they will come between 6-10pm but they never do! Medications are seriously needed and passing 11pm will get noise complaints and McDonald Fairmont pharmacy seems like they don't care, this is very unprofessional!

My experience with Macdonald’s Prescriptions' medicine delivery service has been nothing short of extraordinary. As a newcomer to this service, their commitment to punctuality stood out remarkably. The assurance of their timely delivery was fulfilled impeccably, bringing my needed medicines right to my doorstep exactly when promised - rains yesterday, I thought the driver gonna be late; but I was wrong. Very satisfy.

Macdonalds Pharmacy is your typical drug supplier with the benefit of friendly staff and relatively quick service. They recently expended the shop and now also have other medical items for the elderly or those suffering from physical ailments as well. They seem to be trying to make it into more of a one stop shop, which is pretty cool.

This medical supplies store was great. Margaret a filipina employee here is awesome . She is an asset of this store. She keeps smiling when she assist the costumers. She always willing to assist the costumers for their needs. Keep it up and Kudos to you Margaret. Keep up a good work Margaret and your behavior is commendable.

It's a clean and nice pharmacy, but I've had issues with the way they bill. It's always quite a bit more than other pharmacies. I think they need to get better at utilizing the insurance, and not overcharge the customers.

In this time of failing health care professionals Macdonalds stands out with stellar service with Thorough and kind, knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend them. Good job!
