We were provided with all the information we needed to make a decision about the car we wanted to rent, from the beginning. We really appreciated that because there were no nasty surprises, it's always great dealing with people that are transparent and just running an honest business. The car itself was in good working condition and the price was reasonable. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were no hidden fees or charges that we were not expecting. Everything was above board.
