She is the best, great service and the food tastes good. I was always looking for a traditional Dominican cake and this is it! I’ve shopped around, so trust me. I had made it a task to try out all the places in Tampa looking for authentic Dominican cake and oh I found it. Como si fuera hecho en Santo Domingo. I tried it by the slice before, and I ordered one for my daughter’s birthday over the phone. I described what I wanted and she made exactly what I had in mind. ❤️

El dia 23 de Agosto fui y ordené un bizcocho y era para el dia de labor day se lo hice saber a la muchacha que me tomò la orden , para mi sorpresa cuando fui a buscarlo el dia 4 de September a la 1 pm estaba cerrado, llamé mas de 3 veces y nada al otro dia llamé mas de 3 veces y nada envié hasta un email y todavia estoy esperando respuesta entiendo que cosas y emergencias pasan pero para eso le piden el numero de telefono a uno. Solo por eso doy una estrella por la irresponsabilidad de no avisar y dejar a uno arrollao.

Excellent Beach Themed Cake for this summer. Great taste, decoration and presentation. Delivered to me by the owner due to my lack of time to go pick up for my large party. Unfortunately high afternoon temperature in Florida (93F+) did not match time for cake to settle in the cold because my fridge was full and AC broke. It was hard to cut crumbles (my fault). Yet, everyone in my 80's Birthday was extremely pleased with this rich n tasty Dominican Cake. Thank you Madelaine!!! :-)

Excellent Dominican cake. They are 2 hours away but they are worth every penny of it. I did not ordered ahead of time but they just had bake some cakes and were able to decorate them (They informed me that if I want them decorated I would need to wait 20-30mins and I did) and put the filling. I did pineapple and dulce the leche. While waiting I tried a couple of empanadas and kippes and a Dominican soda "country club". And also took home a Tres leches. Simply amazing.

Second time there and finally got a piece of dominican cake with an special dedication to my wife birthday's. When they find out that was her birthday's an spontaneous Happy Birthday celebration started. We will never forget it to the point that my wife told them that they made her day. I hope your hard work be compensated with success!!!!

I was passing by Tampa and looked up best Dominican cake on Google, Madeline came up and with a very friendly attitude baked the most delicious cake ever, didn’t matter it was a last minute order she managed to bake a cake and OMG we all loved it, quality, affordable and it actually came up quite cute. I stopped in here last weekend to try out the Dominican cake (which I’m always on the hunt for a good Dominican bakery in the area), and BY FAR the BEST Dominican cake I’ve had in Tampa! The tres leches was INCREDIBLE and DELICIOUS as well! Empanadas also delicious! You will not be disappointed! Customer service was great as well.

I am so happy to have found this place, the Dominican food is excellent, love the Dominican cakes but you stole my soul when I found Cativias or Empanadas de yuca, I am ready to move in. Simply delicious Thank you for making this old woman happy.

Being Dominican I know a thing or two about Dominican cakes. Hands down Madelyn's cakes are within the top 3 cakes i've had in my lifetime. The owner Madelyn was able to accomodate all of my request but she also did it a day before my event. Check her bakery out you will not be disappointed .

OMG I ordered this beautiful cake for my brothers wedding and it was a success. It was everything that they wanted, we also ordered two trays of Dominican appetizers and everyone loved it. We will be ordering again and we live in st Pete but Madelyns cakes are worth it.

I ordered a cake for my son and it was simply AMAZING!!! Even though I tried other Dominican cakes before, this one was better than any other. It was Moist, not overly sweet and they were everybody was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

We are moving in across the street and this is our new go to sandwich shop. Delicious sandwiches, generous portions and fair prices. We have had the Cuban (real fresh pork btw), steak and BLT. All great. Oh and fresh crispy fries too !
