Madison Supreme Laundromat has decent machines of various sizes that get the job done, reasonable prices, a sitting area, a TV, ATM machine, and a mix of people coming in to wash their clothes. It's never too busy where you have to wait too long. On a very busy Saturday afternoon, where all of their 20+ washers were full, we were able to get a wash in within a few minutes. The least expensive washing machine is $2.75 and the most expensive and largest is $6.00 per load. The dryers are .25 cents per 5 minutes. They aren't the strongest and it will take a couple of dollars to dry them on a low to medium setting, but they work. All in all, we will keep going back here to wash clothes when we need to. Oh, and I almost forgot, they have dry cleaning services here also.

This is the best laundromat in the neighborhood- for 4 years I did my laundry here, and also used thier wash and fold service when I fell too far behind on laundry and needed extra help. In 4 years I only had to wait for a machine about 3 times, and each time the wait was less than 5 minutes. I never had any problems with the wash and fold service. And everyone who works here is so nice and friendly!!! (I’m moving out of the neighborhood this week, sadly, and will greatly miss this place- how many people say this about thier laundromat?!)

An AMAZING small, family owned business! the people are wonderful, the service is second to none, and the price is perfect. Honestly, Madison Supreme was one of my favorite things about living in the neighborhood, and one of the things I was saddest to say goodbye to when we moved. They always treated us like friends and took the time to talk. And our laundry was always handled with special care and attention. I can't say enough good about this place!!!

This is the best laundry mat I have ever dropped off laundry at. I have been going to them for 2 years now and my experience has been overwhelmingly great every single time. The staff are sincerely super nice and very personable. The drop off service is super fast, same day if in the morning otherwise it’s done overnight. They have never lost anything and all the clothes come back perfectly folded, perfectly! Definitely the best place for laundry!

Madison Supreme Laundromat is not your regular laundromat, it's a professional family-owned business. My husband and I started going here about 7 years ago after having issues with another local laundromat. Their wash and fold service is affordable and dealt with a lot of care, we've never had any issues. The owners are very friendly which makes the experience so special. We just moved out of the neighborhood and miss it already!

Its overly crowded (please watch the video that is attached) there is enough there is not enough washers and dryers for all the influx of people that come in. A rational solution would be for the laundromat, which takes in orders for laundry service by the load, to stop taking orders for Sunday because they know that they going to have a lot of people come in... but that sounds too much like right.

Washed and dried my clothes effectively. Dryer's are 25 cents per 5 minutes. Washing machine prices vary depending on size you choose (medium size was $4.50). There is an ATM machine inside as well as a quarter machine. You can drop off laundry here to be cleaned and folded if you wish. There is a TV to watch. Bathroom is available for customers

Great laundry shop within Chinatown. Easy to navigate here by public transport. Coin exchange machine available and washing powder or detergent available at counter too. I opt for the water soluble 3 in 1 which only cost 0.75dollar. Plenty of washing machine and dryer available and easy to use. Dryer can choose between 3 different temperatures.

The drop off service is really convenient. Same day pick up if clothing are dropped off before 11am or next day. Also, one of the only laundromats in Chinatown that are open late. Last wash is at 8:30pm, closes at 10pm. Open everyday. The family that runs this laundromat are really nice, special people. Be sure the say hi!

I had to sit outside in the cold and rain because they refuse to put the 4 chairs inside. I feel for everyone that have serious medical or physical limitations. I am very sick. I had to choose between standing while my clothes washed and dried OR sit outside in the cold and rain to relieve pain in my legs.

I like this laundromat. It is within distance and the machine are clean and customer service is at it's best.. I hava as many machines I can handle. I can wash my sneakers in the machine. I can do just about anything and my clothes are clean. Thank you.. please wear your mask.!..

Alot of machines quite busy and great dropoff service-perfect when you’re in a bind but don’t have time to do laundry yourself. Saw a few seats and two small folding tables-minimum wait on dropoff and pickup. $5.50 largest washer. Last wash at 8:30pm

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years and its the best laundromat in the neighborhood. Really friendly staff and extremely clean inside. The drop off service is great with usually same day or next day pickup and they never lost any of my clothes.

My client live nearby and always do her laundry here but at this time she had me as her service. Every two weeks I wash her laundry at this laundromat. It’s kind a coin running laundry, nice and friendly atmosphere. Helpful and reasonable.

Great little place to do your Laundry. Drop-off Service, or Self-Service available. Washer rates are $3.75, $5.00, or $6.50 per wash based on the size. Dryers are 5 minutes for 25 cents and are super large and well maintained.

Our local laundromat while in New York. The machines are well maintained and prices are reasonable. There are self serve and bag drop options, and there isn't usually a wait for a machine if you choose the self serve option.

Would of gave it 5 stars but there is never no hot water and the dryers sucks big time. Waste of money & time putting in a lot of quarters just to make sure your clothes are dried.. Please fix ya situation with y'all dryers.

Very good service especially the packing of the washed clothes (I left it for them to clean rather than waiting there myself). The rates are reasonable. Perfect for any tourists needing swift and superior washing.

Nice workers the machines and dryers work for the money it doesn't cost that much to do your clothes I recommend this place very highly to you but don't take my word for it go in there yourself and experience it

I was in town for couple weeks. The drop off service was superb. I was in and out in less than 2 mins. Everything was done exactly the way i wanted. The excellent service exceeded my expectation.

Friendly clean and efficient laundromat. Same or next day laundry and at a fair price. They even accommodate hang dry items. Only one mishap (red shirt with whites) in two years of service.

Very clean, machines are well maintained & always working, has a clean bathroom. Staff is polite & helpful. Only qualm is that its small, so it gets quickly crowded.

I have a laundromat in the lobby of my building, but these machines are way better. I was shocked at how fast their dryers dried my blankets and floor pillows.

The prices have gone UP, and the Dryers always leave your clothes DAMP! Well expect to drop at least 12 quarters, if you really want to be SURE, they're dry.

both the washer and dryer are in good condition, it costs 13 quarters for washing and drying is 5 min/quarter. the space is clean and the staff is helpful.

Ordinary Chinese landry(laundromat) with 30 washing machines and 30 dryers. You can change money here & buy Tide or anything else to wash your clothes.
