Very happy with everything they did. Their master plumber replaced a hot water tank that leaked and damaged 3 rooms. They replaced tile and hardwood floors and painted everything. Carlos is an excellent painter and tile installer. The job was finished in 1 week. I definitely recommend them because of the quality work they did.

I haven’t had a service provided from this business, so I have nothing to say about their services. (I’m sure they’re great). However, whoever drives their service van was memorable enough for me leave a review to remind everyone that yield signs and blinkers exist.

The service was on time and well performed. The man doing the installation of the new water heater was very friendly and took the time to explain to me all aspects of the installation and to answer amy questions I had. I would highly recommend Mai Vu to anyone.

Last week my hot water heater died after 14 years. I called HomeDepot and Mai Vu, their service provider, was at my home within hours. They explained my options and their prices. Once I decided on an option, they immediately got to work!

Aaron did a great job installing the new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. He was friendly, professional and efficient. The items installed were ordered from and delivered by Home Depot.

They damaged the walls when the plumber slammed the toilet into the toilet paper holder. This also damaged the toilet causing it to over flow and cause additional damage to the walls and floor.

The scheduling specialist was friendly and helpful. The plumber was skilled, efficient and cleaned up the work area much better than typical. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Recommended!
