Unfortunately the man working there was unwilling to help me. I needed a copy of every page of my passport for government purposes and he said flat out “no”. He didn’t offer another place or suggestion. He said he could make a photocopy of the identification page but that’s it. I understand having a policy against making too many copies but at least explain why or offer to point me in the direction of someone who could help. There were no other clients there and there was nothing else going on in the store. I had other things to do like laminate and send a package but chose to take my business elsewhere.

Can definitely recommend Jordi at MBE2649. We left our phone at the hotel in Barcelona. I called him late afternoon and within 30 minutes he had collected the phone, packaged it and registered the shipping with UPS. He even went out of his way to meet the UPS driver to make sure it left the same day I would definitely use Mailboxes again and definitely Jordi if it was Barcelona. Thank you for an amazing first class service and the phone arrived back in the UK the next day.

I recently had occasion to use MBE Gotic Office . I found the person who dealt with me - Jordi - very pleasant and helpful . My order was delayed a couple of times due to incorrect passport photo ( required for export to UK ) which took up more of his time than normal . Muy buen servicio al cliente y amable. Llame antes de ir y me dieron la información necesaria. La tarifa de envío de documentos al exterior mejor que las de otros lugares que pregunte. Me gusto la flexibilidad del horario que tienen, cierran de 2-3 de la tarde. Definitivamente regresaré si tengo más envíos que hacer .

We left our phone in a taxi in Barcelona. Unfortunately, when the driver found it, we were already back in the US. This company talked with the driver and coordinated getting our phone. Then they packed it up and delivered to us. Amazing and very fast service. Highly recommend!!
