I recently had a fantastic experience at MAJESTIC1 hand car wash, Melton. I can't praise their staff enough, especially Vicky and his team. From start to finish, my visit was exceptional. First and foremost, the pricing at Vicky's Majestic1 Car Wash is not only competitive but also incredibly affordable. They offer a range of packages to suit various needs and budgets, making it accessible to everyone. What truly sets this car wash apart is the outstanding customer service provided by Vicky and his team. They were not only courteous but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Vicky himself went above and beyond to ensure my car received the best treatment possible. The attention to detail displayed by the team was impeccable. My car looked brand new after the wash, and they didn't miss a spot. It's clear that they take great pride in their work. Furthermore, the efficiency of the operation was remarkable. I was in and out in no time, which is a testament to their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I can't recommend Vicky's Majestic1 Car Wash enough. Used their service on my car and took photos after the work was done on it. The guy incharged suggested that car required steam clean and detailing in the interior and yes it can be finished in 40 to 50 minutes. I literally to point out that that rear vent is still dirty and baby deat can easily be removed in order to vacuum underneath and steam clean the seats . Dust particals were left on the seats after vacuuming. Leather cover over the gear lever had dust particals and stuff on it. Easy to reach places were left in hurry. Although there were not any customers waiting, service was done in the haste of things. Two people with basics( not Severely under resourced) finished the job before 40 minutes for the price of $200.00. Competitiors do lot more deligantly and in details. Steam clean was good but Hand dusting wasn't even up to the mark. Didn't seem professionals The very approach over phone was of a novice. Not happy . Waste of my money. Its only after seeing the job done, i realized that anyone can do this at home with basics. Nothing special nothing professional happy to share the photos.

Poor communication and unfriendly service and not clean. Paid $270 for my wife’s car to be detailed (interior) and washed outside. Outside wash was great, interior was not clean at all. Asked them to clean again, seemed very annoyed and kept telling me to come back another day. I don’t normally write reviews but I really don’t want to people to waste their money or have a bad experience but this will also give the business a chance to improve.

Brought $250 clean combo. Very friendly service but unfortunately the dashboards were not touched as well a couple of stains still not cleaned on the floor on the side of the passenger seats. I would recommend the $49 pricing rather then getting one of their more expensive combos. Otherwise look elsewhere outside of Melton for car detailing if you are wanting car cleaned properly.

35bucks for an impeccable job. Not one crum was left. And I embarrassed to say I had not cleaned the inside of my car in over 6 months. I just asked for a vaccum and wipe down inside. But they left it so clean. Even working on public day. They really take pride in their wor. Defs be coming back. Cheers oh they do paint restoration for 200 will get that ne next time

had the signature car wash......these guys done a fantastic job, their attention to detail was without a doubt top rated. I waited maybe only 35 mins for my SUV to be done, which was great, I sat in the shade at chairs and tables,... these guys are polite and a pleasure to deal with, without a doubt I'm most definitely going back and I highly recommend them.

Booked their Top Seller wash, as it says removal of mud, sand. And then they say it will cost extra for removal of sand, mud. They said they would clean the inside and it was still dirty. Did not even look like it was vaccumed. Worst service ever. Would not recommend. Please save your money and go else where. Don't waste it here.

Manger over here has no basic manners how to talk to customers. Charged $180 to wash the car. Car seats were same after they dried as my basic concerns was cleaning the seats. Could have done myself and confident that I would have done better job than them. Manger need some basic customer service lessons. Not recommended

If I could give a 0 star I would. I asked for a clean inside the car only, they charged me $35 for streaky windows, dust still all over the dash, the carpet still dirty and crumbs still on the back seat. Didn't clean the trims or the vacuum the boot. Will NEVER recommend them and will NEVER use their services again.

Never again will I be going back paid $250 for inside and out and to be cleaned as well as steam cleaned, inside wasn’t wiped down probably my boot wasn’t even vacuumed or steam cleaned. Could have brought my own products and done it better myself would have saved me a lot of money.

This is the worst car service I have ever seen in my life in Australia.. I took a booking and went there! They said we are busy and we’re speaking in Hindi. I said I don’t understand Hindi. He got very angry and didn’t clean the car! I wasted my time and fuel expenses!

Definitely recommend these guys. My car hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time due to injury issues. These guys did a great job and had my car looking shiny and new! Their prices are very reasonable. Get a quote from them before you go anywhere else …

I wouldn't even rate one. This place used to be good under previous management. New guys are very lazy and cut corners. A lazy person never clean your car properly, but will be very creative in giving excuses. Stay away from this greedy mob.

I paid $450. For a wash and polish . Expecting to get all items on the show shine . But no engine clean they didn't clean around inside fuel cap. Manager was hard to deal with.

Not good service at all ,didn't clean the car from inside at all not even vaccum did properly, went twice to pick up my car . I won't recommend this place again.
