Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had the most wonderful customer service at the Covent Garden branch yesterday. I went rushing in at around 5.15pm as I was organising a big event at Australia House on the Strand, and my order of 13 cases from another wine company had failed to be delivered by their courier. The guests were arriving at 6.30 for a drinks reception and I had no Prosecco or white wine on ice for them. My stress levels were sky high, but Chris, Jason and the team were amazing. They immediately asked if we needed help, grasped the gist of the problem and quickly offered good advice on replacement wines.Then they set about loading them onto a trolley and got the payment sorted while my colleague was outside looking for a black cab. Russell brought the trolley out into the street for us, but there were no vacant cabs, so he actually offered to wheel it all the way down the road to Australia House for us. That is above and beyond what I could possibly have expected. Luckily, as we were about to set off, a cab came by and he helped us to load it all in. They really did save the day and I cannot praise the team highly enough for all their help.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch of Majestic wine. I was served by an extremely pucker young chap, Chris was his name I believe? His passion for wine really shone through and his knowledge was second to none. I was after a drop of red from the Murcia region of Spain, but unfortunately there was nothing on offer from that exact region. However Chris (again, I really hope I have remembered his name correctly!) really did his due diligence and returned with a absolutely gorgeous bottle of Tarima Monastrell from the Alicante region of Spain, 'close enough!!' I exclaimed. It really was a lovely tipple. I will certainly be returning and picking Chris's brains again. Incredible service.

Staff were helpful, however when it came to payment they said the receipt machine wasn't working. I waited for them to fiddle with the machine until eventually I got the receipt and went home. On inspection of the receipt I noticed I have been charged for a different bottle to what I had bought, a more expensive bottle of course. I imagine this is some kind of scam, not impressed. If you go I recommend double checking the receipt matches the bottles you bought.

Great experience shopping here for a Wine. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Helped us pick out a great red wine within our budget. Very knowledgable and easy to converse with the staff here. We also got to taste a sherry they had on for tastings. The wine selection is not very vast, but they do have a good collection.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They honestly help you find the right wines to suit you/your occasion/your budget. We joined friends for their wedding wine tasting and had a very enjoyable tasting that was tailored to their needs and menu too. Cannot reccomend them enough, brilliant staff. Thanks!!!

Great service. I was browsing and the sales assistant was really helpful - her advice demonstrated and understanding of what she was selling and an enthusiasm to find the perfect gift for my brother. Resulted in a sale.

Excellent spot to taste your wines before u buy, the guy behinde the counter was very vintage and knows more about oak linings with various exotic fruits and spicy berries etc check it out, you wont be disappointed

A great variety of wines for all budgets. The staff always prove themselves to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All the above makes it a reliable place to return, and pick up a fine wine, or tasty bargain.

The staff here are so very helpful here, I have come in numerous times for my wedding order and each time they are helpful to the nth degree, I will be using them in the future for any more events.
