Update: After I received the invoice thru email, I noticed contact info if I was unhappy with anything and they would try to make it right. After calling and telling them about my issue, they were able to return $100 back to my card. This goes a long way to me as a customer. They also advised making a clean out at my residence and it would be the cheaper price going forward if this issue were to occur again. With a little research it's not that expensive to add and I will be doing that in the future. Thank you so much for your assistance with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues! Toilets were clogged and tried their services. I would give 1 star but the representative was very professional and did a great job. Reason for the poor review is the price was extremely high. Would have been 200 if we had a clean out outside the house to get the snake in. But since we didn't he had to remove the toilet. For that extra step it went to 586 which is almost triple. I don't think it was worth the price just for removing the toilet. They charge 50 to give the estimate but the service does come with 30 day warranty if same issue occurs which is nice. I would not go back to them because they are overpriced if you don't have a clean out. The representative gave great customer service at least.

The company was highly unprofessional during an appointment I had on May 2 to clear my main drain line. After the plumber had started the job, I noticed that his tool was broken. He was attempting to clear the line with the cutter missing from the end of the auger cable. I questioned what he was doing and he said he would call his company regarding what to do. He packed up his equipment and went to his truck. I waited several minutes, called the company and explained what happened. The rep said he would call me back. Half an hour later, I noticed the plumber was gone. I called the rep and he said he tried calling me and claimed the call did not go thru. Basically, they had just given up on the job and left. I did not have any missed calls on my phone and prior calls from the company went thru. They left things in a bad way. I had made my appointment early in the morning and now it was after 3 pm on Saturday of a holiday weekend —too late to get another plumber. Their next availability was three days later and I could not use my plumbing. Moreover, the plumber left the drain cleanout open—a safety hazard.

I found this business on google site and called. The lady who answered the phone was able to get me the same day appointment. Two gentlemen showed up to my house. They were professional and polite. They were able to unclog the drain under my kitchen sink that day. I found out leak after few days later and called them again to come. They came checked the leak at the pipe joints. The guys told me , I had to replace all the pipes under the sink for estimated cost of $800, which I declined. Initially when they came they had to disassemble the unit to unclogged the drain, it should not cost me that much or they should have done it correctly the first time. To make the story short, I found out on YouTube, that I can fix it my self, with less than $15 part and a simple tool, reassembled the unit, no leak.This is the last time I would use google reference to check business. Beware of unessory recommendations.

Such a great experience. All in the same afternoon, we had a 4 year old flush a toy down the toilet, causing over flow, and a backed up dishwasher. The man (I forget his name, sorry!) who answered the phone (on a Friday evening ) was kind, helpful and in no time had someone on their way to the house. Jesus is the expert who arrived and before entering, he put on a fresh pair of booties on over his shoes which I thought was nice. He quickly checked our situation as a part of the “free visual assessment “ and helped determine the two things were not related. He spent extra time going over things with me and was very clear and informative, even giving me verbal estimates on possible future services. And because he didn’t need to actually do any repairs, he didn’t charge us a penny. Completely true to their ad. I have saved their number and will absolutely use them again, when needed. Thank you!

Had a problem with my water heater and I asked my husband to fix it. He thought it was something small like lighting up the pilot but it wasn't that simple. He suggested we get a new one but i wanted to get the opinion of a pro so we called Make It Right Services. Tony showed up and said the water heater is in good shape we just need to change something in the inside. Best plumbers I've had! I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and it was getting really bad water was starting to go everywhere. I called make it right cause my neighbor had recommended them to me. George got to my house in less than an hour and fixed the problem really fast and not only that but he was so nice he cleaned all the water that had spread everywhere! We had a big problem with dirty water coming out in our bathroom at my parents house and decided to call them. They were able to fix the problem by showing us with a camera that our sewer line was broken due to roots and they replaced the sewer line and promised to come back and check in a month to make sure everything is good. I am happy with the service with Make It Right. This is the second time I have called this company. The first time I called was for gas leaks under the house 13 months ago. And My second call a leaky old iron pipe on the ground surface area for the kitchen main drainage. Part was in the ground and needed to be unburied with a large clump cement on it. Jesus Professional quality, fast service.

worst experience ever, called them to unclog a bath tub and just cleared enough to show the water was flowing but didn't fix the issue, their price was absurd as well for a simple drain. Had to have another plumber out here in less than a week and actually had the issue resolved. When I called to share my experience they hung up on me. Very bad customer service..

I truly was delighted by the professional manner in which they approached fixing my toilet. They had to remove the toilet and use a heavy duty machine operated snake to clean the drain pipe .Not so easy to do unless you have experience and time and the right equipment. Plan on using them again as needed. Good value and good people

Needed my garbage disposal fixed. I called them and they picked quickly. I assumed a appointment would be made for the following week or so but no they came out within a hour and don’t charge emergency fee. Not only that but diagnose the problem before charging you! The toilet was not going down properly when it was being flushed. The drain needed to be cleared, using a hydro wash which worked very well. Jesus and the other two guys that helped with the work.
