When it came to paying, she tried to rip me off by telling me her personal stories and sob stories! Get a life! We are not stupid! I am not your agony aunt. Concentrate on your work! Moaning about her husband is broke and good for nothing and shes moaning that she has to work! Not my problem. Dont go ripping people off. Rude & arrogant... i think I know her whole life story more than her whole family. If she would have spent more time taking care of her customers, maybe their business wouldnt be in this mess and she can stay at home and sleep with her younger lover behind her husbands back. Bought hair Extentions from this place - and was told I was able to curl them however on my wedding day they did not curl! When I went back the members of staff were very rude and claimed it wasn’t their fault and it was the fault of the manufacturer. My friend also asked to get Extentions weaved in, the black lady is very poor at her job and immensely rude. She left the hair looking so awful with Distinct lines where the real hair was and told my friend to come back the next day to get it removed as she had somewhere to be! So unprofessional!!!!! The next day both manager and black lady refused to give a refund. Pathetic!!!! We both will lot be returning.

This owner should be taken down from the Treaty centre for mia behaviour and shouting on a customer to leave and bullying for opening a cap of a product which i intend to buy. The owner is in decent and horrific to a lady who is with a small child.he has no decency to speak politely. This person is been reported to treaty centre management and also to police for verbal abuse. This owner should be made accountable and no woman customers should feel threatened by such shop owners.the screenshot of complaint is attached below.we will report and punish these kind of dangerous persons within the treaty centre for safety of women.

Very low quality, the manager is extremely agreesive and racist. The hair is bought directly from aliexpress for cheap and sold for triple the price. To be honest they don’t deserve not one star. The ratings below have been forged and I have reported these to google. Also please note they changed names and address previously known as Sasta paradise and the reviews under that name are poor.

Staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient! They stock a decent range of haircare and skin care products and I think their prices are reasonable. They also actually answer their phone - which is great if you have a query or want to check if they have something in stock. I believe they also offer hair services and things like threading for eyebrows! Check them out!

Don't go for a wax here, so much of my wife's skin was peeled off causing scarring on her arms and legs and random blotches of hair still remained. When we complained they blamed it on us that her skin is sensitive when nothing has happened before at other places. And even if it was hair was left on the areas she "waxed". Inexperienced workers.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices generally in the Salon. However on my last visit(April 2019) my under eyebrow area carry burn marks from waxing treatment and I have been consistently charged more by the staff member who carried out the work(Indian lady with green eyes), compared to the other staff there. Try to avoid her if you can.

My daughter went into the shop to buy some hair and get it don’t the worker sold her the wrong color and she asked for a refund the guy in the shop proceeded to shout and scream and her telling her to get out the shop! Disgusting shop ! Workers were nice though.

Came here today to get my brows done as my usual place (next door) was closed. Pleasantly surprised! Much cheaper than next door and the lovely lady doing them listened to what I wanted (have had several bad experiences with other places doing them too thin)

Travel all the way from London to Hounslow just to get my hair relaxed by Lisa (who's super amazing). My hair comes out soft and light, and I don't feel any pain or burn at all - which is the perfect experience. Greatly recommend …

Poor quality items, disgusting behaviour from store owner and employees and it was highlighted this store was in fact called sasta paradise - have a look at the reviews under that name (horrible).This place should be closed down!

Amazing place, lovely staff and great customer service. I always go for waxing and threading here and the ladies are lovely specially REMI who is amazing for waxing . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I went to do my eyebrows that was very messy, but I met Joyce and I didnt have problem with that (she is the blonde one). She is the best and I definitly recommended her for eyebrows.

Had my eyebrows done today. Remi was so perfectionist and the result was perfect. Normally the eyebrows won't look the same but she managed to have them pretty much the same.

I got rashes after waxing and still its paining and staff were not experienced enough.. I suggest not to go for waxing to this place...worst experience ever.
