Worst shop with poor customer service. Khadijah is one of the workers there and she was so rude and sarcastic. She replied our questions rudely. Please send staff for customer service training to Joyalukas. Doesn't understand what a Telugu Mangalsutra design. Doesn't understand what customization means. Not interested to write down break down of the gold price and workmanship on paper because it is already on the system. Shop charges for beads in Mangalsutra.

Staff Zubaidah and Rodziah was very helpful. Malabar diamonds is where we always go to get exclusive collections which is not available anywhere else. Bought a pair of kada bangles for myself and a customized biscuit ring for my husband for his birthday. We also paid deposit to book a diamond ring too and all this were from malabar… no regrets purchasing at Malabar.
