Sylvestor and the team epitomises what a community Pharmacy should be. He and the staff really understand how to meet the needs of every customer. Providing flexibility such as delivery makes life so much easier for me and must be so beneficial to the elderly too. He provided me with a great amount of empathy when my baby was teething recently. When I had vaccines here the pharmacist was lovely and I didn’t have to wait at all, and the staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were terrific in organising the contactless pick up and free delivery of medications for me when I had covid-19. I had almost lost my voice at the time so the website chat function was invaluable and I got a response quickly.

Fantastic service! I was there to buy a pair of reading glasses and had an amazing experience. There were two young ladies in that pharmacy, who were very helpful. Especially the one with the blond hair( perhaps Tayla? As per the receipt), who went above and beyond with the Customer Services. Went on a Sunday night to get a script for a chronic condition. Charged almost 5 times the cost of the same script regularly purchased at other pharmacists. Same manufacturer, same quantity, same dosage. Item on PBS. I asked why so expensive compared to other pharmacy? "That is how much we charge".

Sylvester offers a personal and compassionate service. I came for a covid vaccine and was surprised by the care provided. Sylvester took his time to reassure me and talk through my concerns, then sweetly remembered me when I came for my follow up appointment. Thank you Sylvester!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 6pm and the pharmacist did not counsel my partner on his new medication. Did not even ask us if he had it before, if we wanted generic or non-generic. Would not recommend this pharmacy.
