A bannir! Pas professionnel et irrespectueux. Rendez-vous est pris le 9 novembre à 14h00 pour le transport d'un meuble à livrer à sa cliente. Etant au travail, c'est un proche qui se charge d'être présent, ce que le transporteur sait. A 13h30, alors que la personne est en route (parce que ponctuel pour sa part), il l'appelle, sans laisser de message. La personne rappelle le transporteur aussi tôt arrivée, pas de réponse, pas de rappel. 14h30 personne. Je l'appelle, il m'assure être en chemin et arrive à 14h45. 15h00 toujours rien. La personne appelle, on lui répond qu'ils partent maintenant de la Croix de Rozon pour Chêne-Bougeries (30 minutes de trajet). La personne ne peut pas attendre plus longtemps, elle a des obligations. Aucune solution offerte avant le 23 novembre. Le soir, alors qu'il devrait s'excuser platement de son retard et pour avoir menti également, il ne s'arrête pas en si bon chemin. Il reproche à la personne de ne pas avoir attendu plus longtemps. Un manque de respect total! Sa réponse est incorrecte et mensongère (cf. mes explications ci-dessus). Au lieu de faire un mea culpa, il poursuit sur sa lancée peu pro. Pas de message laissé, pas de réponse lorsqu'on le rappelle, des mensonges quand on l'obtient enfin et ensuite, un sms d'"excuse" qui intervient 1h17 après le rendez-vous et demande que nous nous mettions à sa disposition le jour même (sauf que si on fixe des rendez-vous, c'est parce qu'on a aussi d'autres obligations), son second sms arrive à 22h11, puis plus rien. Pas de proposition d'un autre transporteur et tout est notre faute, pas la sienne. C'est moi-même qui ait dû faire appel à un transporteur qui s'est montré pro, respectueux et ponctuel, pas comme lui.

I used Man With A Van to do pickups from 3 locations across Geneva to my new Geneva flat. For 140CHF per hour (including VAT.) I got a large van and 2 very nice and helpful staff to load and unload. They arrived on time. They took care over what they were moving, strapping things in and covering them well. Unfortunately the lift in my new apartment broke, the guys just got on with the job and lugged the stuff up to the 3rd floor. They also helped with re-construction of my 2nd hand bed and TV cabinet. Would use again.

It could not have been better! Sandy was reachable and responsive to set up the move of some of our furniture from Geneve to neighbouring France. The mover showed up a few minutes early, had all the tools needed to take apart furniture, good storage capacity in the clean van, timely drive and quick delivery. All the time super-friendly and professional. Warmly recommended!
