Ordered a full kit for my son for his 10th birthday. Was having it customized. 5days after the order was placed. They emailed me saying they can't forfil the order and can't print the number 10 on the shorts as they don't have that number in stock. So they have refunded me for the shorts without speaking to me. They Said I can re-order the short. plain or with a different number on them. They said the rest of the order will be sent out soon. So they were happy to refund the shorts without speaking to me. And the top and socks would of still been sent. Absolutely terrible customer service. What they should of done is contact me. Say why they can't forfil the order and then let me decide what I would like to do. Proves they don't care about the customer and are just happy to take your money with no thought given. After a few emails the whole order has been cancelled. Now I have to wait 5days for a refund. Luckily I'm in the position I can go and purchase what ever he wants now as his birthday present on the 13th Aug. But alot of people wouldn't be in the same position. There Customer service is shocking Mr M John.

I purchased a size 7-8 Haaland kit on line and when it arrived it was so small I doubt that a 6 year old could wear it. I contacted the shop and have been told that because I chose a Haaland kit they will not refund me...even though they've admitted that the kits are smaller than normal sizing. Apparently hidden in the small print of their refunds policy it says that personalised kits are not refundable....even if it is one of their own players!! However when you chose a player a huge banner comes up bragging about the 60 day return policy and no mention at point of sale that they will refuse a refund!! The kit was £107 and now I am stuck with it even though Man City themselves are totally sold out and could re-sell this in a heart beat. Shame on them. Thanks for ruining my Son's Christmas. I will do everything in my power to move him away from supporting Man City from now on (which will be easy because unlike Man City my Son has a good grasp or right & wrong even at age 7).

COMPLETELY SHOCKING If I could give no stars would do so in a heartbeat - ordered on line first week in November number of items for sons birthday on 10th December - delivery in 4 to 5 days - so here we are 2 days before and 28 days after ordering and nothing. Emailed number of times - no reply, phoned countless times and just rings out. If you can’t complete orders don’t take them - first and last time I will bother. The worst of it is I guess they just don’t care; I note this is a common reason for poor reviews on here but still the same experience. Avoid at all costs and buy from just anyone else; or don’t bother - they can’t be bothered

Fantastic supporter store with any Manchester City merchs you can imagine. Printing of any of the players name and number on any of the kits, both home kit, away kit and 3rd kit. The store is over two floors. The service is superb, with staff helping you out everywhere. Just a few seconds of walking to the Etihad stadium, right next to the Colin Bell entrance. Pro tip: If you go on any of the stadium tours, you get a 10% discount voucher for that day in the store (if you have already bought your stuff before the tour, you will also get the 10% off if you go back to the store and present your stadium tour badge).

Attended a tour on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience. Very informative. Tour guide was a previous City player. Highly recommend this if your either a City player or want to see how City does things differently to most other clubs. They give you an insight into the culture of the club in how they treat all staff, Gardioli's influence on club spaces, and the facilities and influence of fans. Advice: don't book a tour that starts after 2pm as there is a risk the Store will be closed afterwards (eg to pick up photos with Gardioli). Tour lasts 1.5hrs.

Ordered a shirt on the 6th october for my daughter to be delivered. After waiting best part of a week. Called customer services to be told the systems are changing. So I asked for a refund. So i could speed up the process in getting my daughter her shirt. I didnt have the funds to go and get anothet shirt. So I had to wait until the refund was issues. Finally got my refund on the 25th October email customer services to say I wasn't happy. But just got told system problems and have an amazing day.

I was so impressed with the staff and security. I went to buy a gift for a family friend, (on the day city played Liverpool doh) what outstanding, helpful security staff they helped guide me into the shop as I am a blue badge holder so I didn't have to park miles away. Once inside, wow its amazing loved it. Was served by a young lady who was so friendly and helpful. Really was impressed from start to finish and had only gone to buy a small gift but felt like I had been treated like a queen. L&R

We had a stadium wonderful tour with Elaine. And headed to buy some City souvenirs. But the service at the store is a bitter aftertaste. Such terrible service and Appalling staff. The staff is so arrogant you almost think they run the stadium Shocking. I was at the billing and they snatched items i had in hand coz they didnt want us to buy for longer. Pls skip this store and try any other store around Manchester. So many people around and only ONE lady was helpful.

Visited the shop yesterday to buy a top. None my size on the hangers so asked the assistant if they had any in stock. No she replied !! Asked another assistant who then went and got me one !! Also waiting for names to put on there is no system !!! People confused by those waiting after handing their goods in and not realising they need to go to the counter. For me there needs to be some decent managers in there that puts a rocket behind the staff !! Don’t rate the service at all

The Manchester City store is awesome! They've got a fantastic collection of merchandise for every City fan out there. The variety of jerseys, scarves, and accessories is impressive. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside might be the prices, which can get a bit steep, but you'll definitely find some cool stuff to show off your love for the club. Overall, it's a must-visit for any Manchester City supporter!

Ordered the 3rd away shirt in November as a Xmas present for my son. Took my money. Nearly 4 weeks later (yes 4 weeks) i get an email saying there has been error and the order is delayed. 2 days after that I get another saying they don't have them in stock and it will take 10 days to send me a refund. Yep 10 days! So as well as my son not getting the present he wanted for Xmas I have to wait until after Xmas until I get my £91 back. Absolute shambles.

Normally I have a great experience going to city boutique,don't know if this person was the owner or not but I bought to pair of earrings I ask a question about a pair tht I saw really didn't get a full response but still bought 2 pair wen I handed the lady my money she followed as putting my change on the counter instead of my hands very disappointed at this place I most likely will neva go back

A decent store with a variety of products on sale. Some of the souvenirs feels really cheap, poorly made and overpriced. Also the plastic packaging of the key rings on the shelves look kinda disgusting as the are all creased and dirty. But they do get lots of good deals on clothings. Most of the sale items are at least half priced and for a club shop the prices are quite decent.

Took my friend to the tour even though I'm a Man Utd fans myself and he is not a fan, however I enjoyed it, good value money but the shop and the photos are a bit on the pricey side The tour guides were excellent. Crowning point was the press conference where my friend got to talk with Pep...imagine that. Okay so you have to go get that experience for yourself...hehehe

This is a really good tour with a great insight to Manchester city football club & what I think is one of the best looking stadiums in the UK. The tour guide Cameron was excellent & very informative and very good at his job. We had a great time & would highly recommend to any MCFC fan or just a football fan in General.

Ordered a football kit for my son 4 weeks ago...still not arrived! Have sent multiple emails, tried to call (no response), and the online chat team isn't available... I'm not one to leave bad reviews...but felt the need on this occasion. Very disappointed with my experience and the way things have been handled.

Absolutely brilliant store, everything is avaliable with all sizes, unlike a certain other megastore in Manchester. The designs and prices are much more impressive and reasonable. Very friendly staff, able to exchange items if you buy the wrong size, very fast shirt printing service.

Way to small, on matchdays there‘s almost no space to walk. They have very few options of sizes mostly they have only XS some M and 3XL available. For a billion club like mancity it should be way bigger and more sizes. Other clubs definitely have better fan shops.

Host Extremely good tours of MCFC stadium. A perfect idea for anyone, regardless of if they are a fan or not it is truly a wonderful experience to have. The store always presented beautifully and there are some excellent gift ideas for people in there as well.

As an Arsenal supporter I didn't particularly enjoy visiting this shop but my sister loved it! Open until 6pm on our visit, full of City merchandise with plenty of bargains to be had also. Situated right outside the Etihad it's a haven for those in blue

Bought a kit that hasn’t shipped over a week now and I was told that I should have the tracker by now. And I don’t and this is some of the worst customer service/help from people I’ve ever seen. What a joke they don’t even bother to reply or help

Plenty of items to purchase more to see plus If possible a tour of the stadium it self best place to visit There are much more new items ,2 purchase now it's always good to be at the Etihad campus and do what u would like to do

Travelled for 3 hrs to the man city stadium store to be told the store was shut at 4pm on a Saturday by 3 people that were just sat round a computer in the store, doors were all open. Website says open till 6pm. Fuming!!

Very good experience that you have to paid for tour to enjoy the toilet but no i just a normal customer which bought two jerseys which cause my kids not allow to use their premier toilet even they are in hurry!

Visited the store after doing the city stadium tour. Spent a small fortune on Christmas gifts for my son who is a massive Man city fan. The shop is well layed out all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tour was brilliant, I've been before but there was some new additions to see. Also got 10% of when you spend in the shop.

Went on the tour. Was absolutely fantastic the guides were full of knowledge and enjoyed having a laugh with everyone. Even got to chat with Pep Well worth a visit

Stadium tour was brilliant my son and dad both enjoyed it. Well worth the time. Shop was hard to resist at the end though and spent even more money!!

Needed a new shirt as its been a few years since I'd bought one. Considering they just moved the store into the old offices they did a great job.

The man city shop was an amazing place where you can find any type of merchandise. Staff was friendly and printing was unbelivably fast.

I did an order online one month ago, still no news for the delivery.. An advice : DON'T ORDER ONLINE I should check previous reviews...

Great store but I like orders take forever to be delivered 4 weeks to receive my items and zero updates or customer service …

Lots of good quality sport shirts and casual shirts. New 2022 away shirt is quite nice though they are a bit pricy.

If you love city this is the place to go, didn't realise you could buy so much merch. The variety is amazing.
