UPDATE: July 2023 Perfect meals every time. The best Chinese food in Ottawa at this location. Always service with a smile, hot, and delicious. Delicious food every time! Especially the spicy dishes like Spicy Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Absolutely the best Chinese food in Bayshore's food court, and in the west end of Ottawa! We have tried several west end Chinese food restaurants including the other one in the mall, and no one can beat this Manchu Wok location. Portions are generous, and service is always friendly and with a smile. The noodles are absolutely delicious. Perfect for when we crave Chinese food! Olivia even went above and beyond in making me an item I'd had elsewhere, and it was perfect! I would give this location 100 stars if possible! It's nice that they have a reward program too. And in the post-Covid days, they are one of the few restaurants in the food court where the staff wear masks, which is a very important consideration.

The lady working the front serving desk was so nice, I only come here once every couple of month, and not only did she remember me, she also mad my day telling me she could tell that I’ve lost weight which I did. She was so happy to hear that I’ve lost 100 pounds she literally jumped for joy. This is what we need in this world, a community that not only wants customers to come and spend money at there location, but also people who really care about there customers.

Whenever I come to the mall and I feel like having a bite, Manchu Wok is always my #1. Their rice isn’t hard or sticky, their beef is tender + chewy, and their veggies are soft and flavourful. I eat their food leisurely in order to savour it all. Not that I need to, because their portions are HUGE! I Not only am I left full after their meals, I’m left satisfied. I always need to give compliments to the staff whenever I buy anything. Thank you for the meal :)

My mother and I go for a Bayshore shopping trip once sometimes twice a month for groceries and everyday goods, and each time we go no matter what we buy we always stop at the Manchu Wok for a nice meal. Great food served by great people who you can tell take pride in their work. Thank you for your ongoing service of great tasting food. Especially my favourite your spicy chicken. Enjoying some now and looking forward to enjoying some more with my mom again in the near future.

Went here with the family and was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Even the lady behind the counter was kind. The prices are reasonable for a mall restaurant (15.65 for 3 items) and the area behind the counter that you can see was clean. If you are hungry from your shopping excursion, I recommend this location.

Food was terrible. I paid $15 and all I ate was half the noodles. The honey garlic ribs were so dry and tasted old. The beef was so fatty I could chew it. Every bite I took ended chwed up back on the plate. What a waist of my money. DO BETTER!

Love this place, haven't been to a food-court in a long time and decided to go today with my husband, and everything was fresh and still as good as I remember. Love their rice, chicken-balls, spring-rolls, etc. Yummy, and the amount given is worth the price. Would totally eat there again... the staff has good energy and very polite.

The food is very fresh and tastes very good. The price is well worth it. On the other hand, the servers are very friendly and patient. They always keep a positive attitude, which make my experience very good. I really want to keep it at the top of my list.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and the service was fast. They even offered samples of some of the menu items to help decide. The prices were fairly low and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bayshore!

Gave a two star rating as the staff was polite. My wife and I didn't even finish our plates. Rice was very clumpy (gummy) beef and brocolli had no taste and the beef was rubbery. Chicken balls had an unusual coating. Honey garlic chicken was ok.

Paid $17 for serving of broccoli and noodles. Tasted good, but very expensive for the food provided.

Friendliest staff ever. Freshest Manchu wok In The city. I drive over 30km, past 2 other manchu woks, just for this location! Other locations have horrible taste. Never tasting fresh. Bayshore manchu wok for the win!

People are trying to enjoy their meals. We don't need to hear your staff shout "SPECIAL!" every 5 seconds. I wish I was exaggerating but she's been shouting special every few seconds for the last 30 minutes.

Horrible. The sweet and sour pork and honey garlic chicken were somehow soggy outside and dry inside at the same time. Noodles were like eating salty paste. Even for food court food, this place is bad.

Staff is so rude!! No hello, no Hi. Asked for a sample first because I have never tried it here. I completely understand that you don’t provide samples but there is always a polite way to communicate.

Not sure what they have going on here, but that was some of the best Chinese style food I've had! Manchu Wok has not been my favorite in the past, but that was special!

3 stars for service. I don't know if it was a bad batch or that's actually how it should taste but the shrimps was really bad literally threw it in the trash.
