This lady was my family’s first family doctor upon arriving here in Canada, and she was always terribly mean and unprofessional. She was insulting and condescending, and honestly, being young at the time made me think this was some normal way to be treated by family doctors. The first time I came up to her by myself, I was 16. And I came up to her asking for a referral to the dermatologist for my eczema that was getting worse, and irritable. Just for some context, she referred me to a dermatologist before when I was 14, but at that time my mom was the one who dealt with the appointments, the prescriptions, etc. I was 14 and I knew nothing about how healthcare worked, and this was my first venture off to do something myself During this interaction, screamed at me, calling me irresponsible and a slur of a bunch of other insults. I distinctly even remember her saying, “this isn’t my problem”, or “I have no time for this” when it’s literally her job to help people. She ended that whole interaction by standing up and saying “I’ll think about it” and I ended up crying in the car because of this whole thing. I was suffering with my eczema getting worse for months before I was referred to another dermatologist by another family doctor. But honestly, I was really scared to go to any other doctor for a while because I thought that they were going to treat me the same way as she did. I thought being treated that way was normal.

This is the worst ever doctor in the town, unfortunately we have her as our Daughter's doctor and this is the second time when we wait there more than two hours later then our appointment time, we request to the receptionist that please serve our daughter on time today becoz we had to visit a party after that but she said reschedule ur appointment, like these totally unprofessional people don't even to bother to see the person on time. The young girl at the reception was really really rude and don't know how to speak with people, If u are visiting this clinic for any reason keep all ur day free becoz who knows you have to spend all ur day here just sitting and waiting to see the doctor. They have 0 time management, We wish we can give them 0 star but luckily google don't have that.

Worst clinic in the Maples area! My fiancé made an appointment for a meet and greet, for a family doctor, after making my fiancé repeat himself numerous times for our children and ourselves, we finally got an appointment. So we pull our children, out of school, on the day of our for this appointment(today) for the clinic to tell us to go elsewhere. No phone call, and then they ask us to apologize? Nope, not a chance, they were the ones that turned us away, full well knowing we needed a family doctor. Don’t make an appointment for us to go, if you are just going to turn us away!!

This is the most unprofessional doctor you will ever meet. She basically yell at my mom for seeing other doctor for getting blood test done. Then, without warning, cross my mom patient file and leave my mom in the office by herself. I would understand if she don't want to see patient who have more than one doctors, but she can't treat her patient that rudely and unprofessionally like that. I have notify the college of physicians for further review. Save yourself the trouble and never go see this doctor.

We went there to have my 12 yr old daughter back/spine checked so we can get referral from a specialist. She just said "why are you here?" You don't need me. You only come here if you have infection." She didn't even care to ask and check my daughter. My daughter said, she bullied me and pushed my shoulders to go out and said you don't need me. So rude, unprofessional! So sorry for my daughter for this experience. She felt bullied.

Please avoid this clinic if possible. They really shouldn't be open at all. Doctor lives out of town and can't be bothered to show up for her scheduled times. They do not follow through on referrals unless you chase them. The receptionist is a nice person bit really has no clue on how to do her job or manage the customer experience.. again avoid at all costs

I wish I give 0 star .The lady( at front taking calls )told me to hold on and i wait for 5 minite then just cut the call and I am speaking. It's so unprofessional

Very bad, she yelled at me just because i said i want to talk to my family before deciding my treatment and said you dont need to come back here ever again.

Physician is a PIECE WORK doctor. Unlike other doctors you can't get a refill of your maintenance medicine without seeing the doctor.

Incredibly Friendly staff, thorough Dr. We have not experienced long Wait times, we are just grateful to have a family dr.

Worse clinic I've ever been to. Never go to this clinic. The doctor is rude and she didn't even check on me.

The fact you have an appointment got there 10 minutes early still made me wait 2 hours
