"Absolutely love this library! Big parking lot that's pretty empty, and the only library around that I've found that organizes their children's books by category instead of author, so it's great being able to browse"

Absolutely love this library! Big parking lot that's pretty empty, and the only library around that I've found that organizes their children's books by category instead of author, so it's great being able to browse. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, answered my phone for me when I left it there and let me know it was with them also they have awesome freebies that rotate every so often, my children got this great science kit and I got a photo storage box! AND as if this isn't enough great stuff, they are like a little hidden gem because their museum passes are almost always available!!! This is my go-to library with my children :)
I don’t appreciate the way that I was being treated or being helped the staff is very obnoxious and they’re not considerate they’re not welcoming when i first came there i approached the front desk and Lady told me “what is it !? “ I didn’t like the way how they did there customer service. I feel as if everyone needs to be treated with respect and be given The most positive upbeat attitude. I hope that they can learn how to be more nice and very happy in the morning to see people that try to come into the library to come read or to come search or come to do whatever it may be but don’t never not be right to the customer.
Small branch, always crowded with seemingly homeless and/or unemployed adults. They aren't usually a problem, but one woman would occasionally "cry out". I didn't realize it was a human making the noise at first, but it seems the folks that work there were aware, and, who knows, mental illness may play a role as well. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and you don't have to feel like a kid at school, asking for a key or to get buzzed in. They have a wide selection of graphic novels and picture books, as well as a children's section, and their selection of dvds and cds is pretty good.

I didn't like it much the first time I was there because it was noisy and some of the staff were talking at the top of their voice not cool. But things was a bit different when I went to the second time. The library was quiet I couldn't believe it, the security guy went round to make sure people are quiet and everything is in place keep it up. And overall I think the workers are helpful
Staff not very welcoming or kind. It was my first visit today and I got a library card. I went to pay for my printing and I only had cash. They were annoyed with me that I didn't have coins. They ended up not taking my cash and using coins from a cup. I appreciate the void on the printing fees but I wish I didn't get the eye rolls and sighs from staff :/
a lot of Homeless and drug addicts come there, none of my business. But the homeless people and drug addicts sometimes cause trouble, security have to wake them up and stop them from eating. Fights have happen, its more of a shelter instead of a library. Do not bring your kids there, no leadership
Amazing library! I got my library card here. It's a good place to study. Although the kids at the computers. Are way too loud. Front Entrance has a giant section of comic books, manga, and teen books! Would highly recommend coming here!
It's OK. They have movies, lots of places to plug in, section for kids and teens, decent bathroom, and security. Crowded in winter, and not always well heated on the coldest days, but beats bring outside.
This Library is A1! It's pretty quiet and you can actually enjoy whatever it is that you're doing I'll continue you come and use the information that it provides.
Quiet and helpful. I wanted to participate in a class that was to be held at 6:00 but I had to leave earlier than I was intended, so I missed the session.
Pretty comfortable and cozy atmosphere, but desperately needs better A/C. It's uncomfortably hot inside, and it's only 75 degrees outside.
The staff are nice and professional. Library is organized and clean. I love it here.
Great neighborhood library. Went looking for books on tape and was not disappointed.
