I'm a patient of 10+ years with Manning Crossing Dental and have yet to write a review of any sort. I rarely write a review for anyone but have been impressed with the quality of staff and level of service time and time again. Over the course of my visits, I have had numerous cavities filled, a few root canals and a couple crowns done. I also had a molar extracted that had a crack tucked away and would have been susceptible to constant abscess. The hygienists are very diligent in what they do, cleaning and scaling are by far the worst part for me about dental health but being satisfied with the work helps keep me from dodging appointments. These people are also human and I have had a couple mishaps over the course of time. Once I had a temporary filling (it was so long ago) done and on my way back to the office it fell out. It had some gauze or material that came out with it, I am not sure if it was supposed to be there. During Covid (2020-2021) I had avoided going in as some of the normal procedures were altered and was hesitant to be exposed as most of us were. The staff were understanding and still called frequently to remind me that I should think about getting some cleaning done. Once I heard things were loosening up I started going back. Dr. Ryan and now Dr. Rob are very good with explaining the whys and hows behind what they do so that it is easy to understand. Knowing how a procedure is going to better my daily life makes it easier to go thru with it. The transition from retired Dr. Ryan to Dr. Rob has been very smooth. They both are good at making the patient feel at ease and are very easy-going. Dr. Rob continues the tradition that Dr. Ryan had of truly caring about the patient and taking pride in the work they do. I realize this likely is a short story than a review at this point so ill leave it at this, thank you Manning Crossing Dental for the work you have done and the work you will end up doing for me and my family.

I went for an intake appointment today and all of the staff left such a good impression that I had to leave a review! Kerry Lynn at the front desk helped me as soon as I arrived, and politely explained any paperwork there was for me to fill out and was very patient with me while I figured out my insurance details. Celine took my X-rays and was a joy to be around, I felt like I was talking with a lifelong friend. Dr. Robert Fedorak completed my exam and made sure I was comfortable all throughout, he was professional while still remaining easy and friendly to talk to. Lisa helped me booking my next appointments and even offered to put me on a wait list in case something sooner opened up. Everyone was amazing, professional, warm and kind, hygienic, and non-judgmental. It made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease to disclose any of my poor dental habits. I cannot say enough good about the staff here, if you are looking for a dentist, this is the one you want!

As a patient of Dr Ryan Fedorak since 1986, the office’s professionalism os consistent. The past few years I’ve had some physical challenges and the staff have been ultra accommodating. It’s a calm environment where all your questions are answered. I am biased now though, considering how long I’ve been going to see Dr Fedorak. Its a friendly place where the staff have become people I truly care about. If you have any issue with Dr Fedorak and his team, they are more than happy to help resolve it. If you still have an issue, then there’s a good chance you may have an issue no matter where you go or choose as a dentist. October/23 Last I heard, Dr Ryan Fedorak is retired/sort of retired/comes in once in awhile ..However I’m delighted to have a new dentist. He is Ryan’s nephew, Dr Robert Fedorak. He is just as caring and knowledgeable.

The team at Manning Dental was able to squeeze me in for a broken filling repair yesterday and I’m so very grateful! Always the most courteous and kind staff to assist along the journey and Dr Jeffrey is so gentle and skilled when it comes to injectable anaesthesia and repairs. Thanks again for another exceptional experience and for being so accommodating. It’s much appreciated :) Been coming here for years and always a pleasurable experience! Always greeted kindly at the door by the receptionist. The waiting room is cozy and clean with plenty of room to physically distance and the bathroom is always spotless. The wait is usually fairly short and the treatment is always exceptional. A very professional team! Thanks for all your hard work, it's much appreciated by your patients :)

Don't make the mistake of choosing somewhere else to go! This dental office is great. Dr Ryan was amazing and although he has recently retired, his nephew has taken up the practice and has been great to deal with. Dr Jeffrey is also great although he hasn't been my primary dentist, he has always been great to be around. Kerrilynn and Lisa are so great and they always make you feel like family. All the staff here are the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure to be around! If you are nervous about going to the dentist as I am, I promise you going here will help you feel more confident and you'll feel taken care of with your worries being taken seriously. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place!

I have benefitted from the diverse services of Manning Crossing Dental in Edmonton, AB. - exclusively - for well over 12 years now. Their Customer Service team is top notch; comprising staff who are as quick as they are kind and patient in their work. They are also, invariably, knowledgeable in tricky areas like health insurance coverage. My dentist Dr. James Jeffery, is a friendly and likeable gentleman, in addition to being an experienced expert in his field. The dental assistants and dental hygienists are just as friendly and professional. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for the best results in dental care.

Demaris was so great!! She went above and beyond for my cleaning. I had a baby last year and was so understanding of everything that entails. She went above and beyond and took extra time to do my cleaning and answer my many questions. She truly cares and always gets my teeth back to their pearly whites. Dr. Fedorak Always so friendly and takes the time to know his patients. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and come up with solutions. He also went above and beyond to make everything work for me and is such a friendly face to have when you walk in everytime

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Ryan Fedorak’s for 34yrs so when l learned he was retiring and his nephew Robert was taking over I became super anxious! You just get that kind of patient/Dentist trust! Well today I had an amazing cleaning done by Prandeep (hope I spelt her name right) followed by a check up from Dr. Robert Fedorak! And I feel no worries going fourth having him work on my teeth ps it was so good to see Marissa and Kerri-Lynn again also! Wonderful service! So friendly!!!!

I switched to Dr. Jeffery years ago when my dentist at the time wouldn't take my concerns seriously. After the first visit, he pinpointed the problem within minutes (and in turn changed my life!). I have been going to Manning Dental ever since. I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist but Dr. Jeffery is such a kind, friendly and compitent dentist who makes you feel relaxed. The staff at Manning Crossing are also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend 100%.

Would never consider seeing another dentist. Dr James Jeffery is so calm, patient and gentle with all 3 of our little kids, they're always excited to tell me about their visit! He's very thorough, explains concerns concisely and offers multiple solutions to let us decide what works for our family. My husband and I also see him. Even if we move far away, I'd still make the trip to his office.

The staff is great, super friendly and nice! Did a check-up and they were very welcoming and answered any/all questions I had. Dr. Jeffrey and he was extremely nice. He also provides explanations for everything being done which I thought was great. He also pays close attention to detail as he was able to spot something in my gum that my previous dentist never mentioned.

It had been awhile since visiting a dentist because of covid and not comfortable with my last dentist, I was completely happy and pleased with my first visit to this clinic. Dr Robert and his assistant were extremely informative and courteous and friendly. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. So far I am very pleased with my choice of dentist clinic.

I just have to say that this dental office as a whole, is amazing. I'm so glad I found them years ago. I've tried many dentists prior, along with my kids, and then I landed there, permanently.
