Stafford's terrible and honestly I didn't even know these were true license dentist I thought they were still going through dental school with the way the dentist acted. The dental assistant, and let me know ahead of time that the doctor was very impatient. To try not to complain too much because then he would refer me out to the oral surgeon. I was desperate and getting my tooth extracted because of the pain so I didn't complain about the injections he was putting for the anesthesia. He said he would press on my tooth to see if I felt any pain or pressure. At first I felt like pressure but then he poked one specific spot and I said "oh! I felt that" he quickly took off his gloves and said "well I'm sending you over to the oral surgeon they can help you out there" I was so upset, it looks like he's not even wanting to be there. This is the third visit I give them with no success, I'm upset Dr did not have no patience. I should have known it was a red flag when he said that the extraction sometimes felt worse than the actual placing of the anesthesia. Isn't that what the anesthesia is for!? To take the pain away. I honestly don't think he administered the anesthesia correctly.
The dental assistant was extremely rude, X-ray the wrong tooth and acted like it was my fault. Then would only setup appointment for extraction 8 days later. Paid $50 for exam to leave in the same pain with no antibiotics for the infection . Now looking for some where else to have the teeth extracted.
I am terrified in the chair. I actually whimper. I never felt any pain from the drill. This is a first for me. The dentist used novacain and that took care of the driiling. They were kind and understanding. They worked out a payment I could afford.
