I have been a loyal customer of Mansi’s for many years. A couple of years ago when the owner, Nick Mansi came to a deliver a Christmas tree, he started swearing in earshot of my young children because his staff had promised that they would do something that he was unaware of and so got annoyed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still continued to use them as I believe that their trees and flowers are lovely. However, this morning, I called and spoke to Nick to try and see if they could fix a problem with the Christmas tree they delivered yesterday and again Nick started swearing down the phone at me and started to shout have a go at me for something that’s not even my fault! As I tried to explain that I did not appreciate the language, his tone got louder and started to talk over me, trying to justify himself! His excuse is that he is stressed and that it is a busy time. This is totally unacceptable!! No-one should EVER use such foul language! As a small, local business, it is imperative to offer excellent customer service as word of mouth is so strong. In the past, I have recommended them to friends, however, not anymore and nor will I be using them again!

The summer bunch of flowers are bright, joyful and beautiful and have brought tears of happiness to each person who has experienced them. Not only are the flowers stunning, but they are delivered incredibly quickly and in some cases, on the same day. On my first purchase from Mansi Flowers, I spoke to Nick on the phone who was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable; giving me all the tools to enjoy the flowers for 2/3 weeks. My wife and I would like to thank Mansi Flowers for the beautiful flowers that they creatively put together for our dear family friend! It was her birthday last month but unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we couldn’t gather together to celebrate. The staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome in the shop, and after speaking about our plans I felt very confident that they would put together a beautiful collection of flowers for our friend. I am so happy with the end result, as you can see the flowers were absolutely perfect and for a very good price too! Our friend was extremely happy, it really made her day. Mansi is not my local florist. I was tired of poor service from my nearest florist who I had supported for many years. They seemed to just go through the motions. I tried Mansi's and it was a revelation. Friendly, welcoming and informative. The quality of the flowers was far higher than I had at my 'usual'. Have been back since and got the same great treatment (even better actually) so Mansi is now my florist of choice to the loss of my more local, more convenient shop. Keep up the good work!

Received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday. They were a florists creation and were full of beautiful brights and the freshest I’ve ever had from a florist. I have only just thrown the last of then out - over 2 weeks later! My friend who ordered them said they were so helpful and promised a beautiful bouquet which they absolutely delivered on! Thank you Nick and team for my beautiful wedding flowers and table centres in August 2019. They were absolutely perfect - and at a very competitve price too! First time buyer at Mansi (not sure why) but will be using them from now on.. Service was really friendly, overall experience was so much better than just ordering online. My order was ready on time for collection and did not disappoint and great value for money. Flowers lasted for nearly 2 weeks!! Thank you and you will defiantly see me again!

I popped in to buy a bunch of flowers on the way to my grandparents. I'm not a flower expert but just wanted a nice bunch. The florist was extremely helpful and patient. He made up a beautiful fresh bunch of flowers, the only inspiration I could give him was "spring colours - yellows and oranges". As an occasional purchase worth every penny

Fabulous service, greeted by an enchanting lady who made feel my daughter and I very welcome in the shop. This is clearly a business that prides themselves in giving great customer service. Throw in the beautiful hydrangeas we purchased for my wedding anniversary this made for fab day.

We ordered the flowers for my father's funeral from Mansi's - the service from beginning to end was excellent. The arrangements were truly beautiful and we are so grateful to Nick and the team for everything.

Unfortunately my Mother's Day bouquet ordered by my daughter in Australia, although beautiful for the first few days, were very short-lived and died before the week was out. Very disappointing and sad.
