First, nothing against the clinic. It has been a good clinic previously for treatment but my wife's recent experience there has not gone well due a staff member. My wife was there to get cleaning done for my kid which I understand is a tough task to manage. But the assistant there (Bhavna) was very expressive with her displeasure. My wife could see her making faces and even overheard her saying that the kid is a pain in the neck. As a parent, we cannot accept this attitude towards our kid. I was previously planning to ignore the incident but at a recent dinner, another parent expressed a similar concern about the same staff member. So obviously it needs to be highlighted and brought to the notice of clinic management and other parents. This staff member definitely needs to be retrained for the better good.

Getting a timely call back, having a message responded to, or simply booking myself and my children in for a routine check-up seems to be similar to rocket science for this clinic. I have never felt confident they understand me, let alone actually listen to what I tell them when booking an appointment. They do not value their client's time, therefore I will be returning to the dental clinic I used prior to moving in the area of Maple Dental, even though it is a substantial distance away. Save your time, energy and patience for another clinic that will actually listen to their clients and value their clients time, questions/concerns, and feed back. Enough is enough already! Frustrated and moving on.

Never ever go to this clinic. Neither doctor nor the receptionist have any idea about the treatment and follow up. They suggested us to go for root canal after the diagnosis and doctor asked us to take next appointment. The second day when we called a doctor, receptionist told us they want to refer us to the orthodontist. I mean really? Doctor doesn’t have any idea as what to do when it was diagnosed ? Or they are behind our money because we have a big dental insurance. Even the receptionist does need some professional etiquette to speak with client. Do not ever go to this clinic or you will end up losing your money and time.

We live in SE Edmonton (Meadows area). Before going to Maple Dental we contacted a number of dentists in the area. Many had excessive x-ray policies (taking too many x-rays and then charging for them), consultation fees and when we asked for total prices we would expect to pay for our family, the answer was up to 3x the amount if we went with these other dentists. Maple Dental cares for our family's needs, makes sure they don't do unneeded work, and genuinely treats our family nicely. We are happy to recommend them.

Dr. Manpreet is really good at the work she does. This clinic is very honest compared to some others I have seen had experience with. They took the time to explain all the details and addressed all the questions and concerns I had. She showed me which cavities I could reverse by myself through better brushing and flossing and which needed to be filled and why. I felt very comfortable during the fillings and felt very little pain on some of the deep cavities. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Awesome experience I have ever had in a dental clinic. Dr. Amritpal is very polite, humble and best advisor. Professional, Helpful and overall amazing team. The team takes your needs and concerns to heart and do everything they can to build a treatment to suit you. I was helped by Harpreet kaur for my teeth cleaning and X-ray. I've been going here for almost 9 years and I don't plan to stop. All staff members are incredible human beings who demonstrate utmost empathy and consideration towards each patient. Dr. Dhaliwal in particular stands out to me because of his welcoming demeanor and his talent for decision making. He went out of his way to perform a lengthy procedure on me even when he had other plans arranged, which says a lot about his incredible character.

My family has been a client of Maple dental for years now and despite of living far from clinic, we dont hesitate to travel from North Edmonton to South Edmonton to get to Maple dental for our dental needs. We always get great and professional service at maple dental. Mr. Singh is our family dentist and he has always been awesome in providing great service. We are happy that they have their location opened in north edmonton too.

Very professional dentist. Staff can communicate in English, Hindi & Punjabi which makes it convenient for most customers. I have been there multiple times & never experienced any pain.
