Hello Kristine. I am sorry to inform you that I was very disappointed with the Montreal tour. * It was nothing at all like the photo on the pamphlet. * The tour guide we picked up took us to a lot of the Old Montreal streets with nothing to see but row upon row of streets with high stairs, and unfortunately she was very hard to understand. * One and a quarter hours was way too long visiting the Jean Talon market. and upsetting that no other merchandise apart from fruit and vegetables were there. * We could have been told before hand that St. Joseph’s Oratory was under construction as It would have been fantastic to look around that beautiful church. The bus couldn’t park so we saw nothing. * Mount Royal was also hard to see as so many trees blocked the view. * The next Basilica we went to was also blocked by trees and we didn’t have chance to exit the bus for a better view as the trees also masked the church. * Dinner was supposed to be at 4.15 pm and we finally sat down at 5.00 pm. as apparently the restaurant was short staffed. * It was too long sitting on a bus all that time with no opportunity to get out and see Montreal. * Brian the bus driver was excellent and very patient. * I wish the circumstances were better but I feel it was an overpriced experience.

It's not possible to leave 0 stars here but I would if I could. Our trip to Andre Rieu in Ottawa was an incredibly disorganized, dirty and nauseating experience. The toilet tank on our bus had not been emptied before our trip and the bus smelled of raw sewage. The toilet wouldn't flush. The seats were dirty with food crusted to the backs of the seats ahead of us. The AC in the back of the bus where we were seated wasn't working and it was unbelievably hot. The microphone on the bus wasn't working so we couldn't hear the tour operator. The bus was late to dinner and late to the concert. We missed the first several minutes of the concert and hadn't any time to use the washroom before rushing to our seats. The trip home was not much better. The tank had been emptied while we were in the concert but still smelled terrible. The driver was dressed slovenly - not exactly confidence inspiring. I would never recommend Maple Leaf Tours to anyone. Having just retired, this was the first of what I had imagined would be many bus tours, but this has soured me on the experience. All the patrons were incredibly disappointed. To make matters worse, I emailed the company while we were still on the way to Ottawa and to this day, I have never had a response from them.

Happy experience! I should say not! It was a major disappointment for me to arrive in Sudbury at a Best Western in a sleezy area of Sudbury with homeless people sleeping on park benches outside my window when we were supposed to be at the Hilton. The restaurants were scary looking so just got a salad and went back to the room as I was afraid to be outside in that area at night. Bush plane museum was good. Delta was very good the first night but because of the train problems did not get to enjoy the amenities the second night. The Agawa Canyon is overrated though all of the problems with the train are not your fault. Enjoyed the ferry ride. The second Best Western was a major disappointment as it did not have a pool. Perhaps you should do better research when advertising your trips. And why did you change the last days ride home from Barrie to Toronto and home to Port Perry where all the restaurants were full when we stopped for lunch. I was exhausted when I got home and took to my bed for the next day. I am a healthy person who gets exercise and that trip was exhausting to sit on a bus for so long. As they say in baseball three strikes and you are out! I am going to check out your competition for my Newfoundland trip next year. Marilyn Martin

What a fantastic vacation! I can highly recommend going next year on the Mediterranean cruise and tour with Maple Leaf Tours. From the minute I was picked up, the warm welcome Kristine gave me, set the tone for a wonderful time. 2 continents, 3 countries and 10 cities in 16 days…absolutely brilliant! I think I walked a hundred miles and saw thousands of amazing sights. I always love NCL and cruising on the beautiful Viva was a treat. The Blue Mosque was impressive and the Vatican has to be seen to be believed. Although I am a solo traveller, I never felt alone. Kristine always made sure everyone was included and enjoying the trip. She arranged several group dinners where we could meet with fellow travellers and share our experiences. There was a ton of food and laughter everyday. I was so fortunate to travel with lovely people who made the trip even more memorable. They say memories are the best keepsake of allI and this trip provided lots of those. I have cruised and travelled many times with Maple Leaf Tours and every trip is better than the one before. I can’t wait to be off on another adventure with them and have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful company.

I exited the bus at Peel and Ste. Catherine sts. We (about 6 of us) were to return @ 5:45 p.m. to reboard the bus. We all did. Driver said group in Old Mtrl were delayed so bus inched back down to Port - instead heading home!!. Busy traffic. Hockey night in Mtrl. We were delayed returning to Kingston by more than 30 mins. Had this been anticipated? Yes. Am aware tour director contacted res't ahead; however, on last trip to Mtrl with Maple Leaf Tours THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Our return from Dorchester SQ was at 5:15 pm that day. Also last Saturday the seats on the bus were very uncomfortable. We were not allowed to recline as bus was full. Does this style of bus go on trips longer than 3 hours each way? If so, I could never endure a multi-day trip on such a bus. How old is that bus. Newer buses are much more comfortable. I request someone from Maple Leaf tours call me to discuss the delay from The Old Port in Mtrl and the quality of bus seats on that trip. Thank you. Helen Booth

On my first bus tour recently to Gaspe, I was a little reluctant travelling solo. Our tour director Ann-Marie was very informative, lots of fun & just who we needed to travel with (in my opinion). She kept us busy with great information, fun games, lots of laughs while keeping us mostly on time (with no pressure)! The lighthouse stops were a favourite, three of them, giving us history I found most interesting. The boat trip to Perce rock was the best. I could see the rock & Bonaventure Island from my room & every chance I had was walking on the boardwalk enjoying the landscape. Seeing the gannet colony after recently watching a documentary was fascinating. I won’t give too much more away only to say this first tour for me was a great getaway! The people I met were very friendly and we seemed a 50 person family after our 5 days away. I look forward to my next tour (coming up soon)! Thanks Maple Leaf Tours!

This was our first bus trip in Canada in over 50 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Montreal and the Cirque Show ECHO. More than anything we found the bus trip to be a wonderful trip. The tour guide Stephen made the trip seem extremely short by keeping us busy and entertained. He clearly outlined what we would see and encounter in Montreal. He explained exactly were we would meet after the show and before dinner. The dinner was very, very good at the Vieux Steakhouse as was the service. The drivers Bruce and Brian were cautious and got us to Montreal on time and safely. If this is any indication of your company's level of service, we will take advantage of some of the other tours that you offer. It was a wonderful day. John and Lynda

Fantastic trip. I went by myself but sat with a lovely lady on the trip. Met new friends at the show and ended up sharing a table together at the Mandarin. The tour guide was great. The musicals quiz she did was fun...I ended up winning. The bus driver was very competent. He was able to avoid an accident when a vehicle cut in front of us suddenly - very quick reflexes. He even took us a different way out of the downtown through old Toronto to get around the DVP which was congested due to 2 accidents. We got right on the highway with little fuss and the "tour" was enjoyable. The only annoying thing was having to turn around after the Brighton stop and head back to Belleville to pickup two passengers who had been missed.

Great Team & Service at Maple leaf!! 10 Stars✨ Nashville great destination, the Gaylord Hotel, was 10 Stars!! The Balcony room so worth the extra cost, all shows well done ❣️Even breakfast entertainment! Opry land such a great location.. restaurants, mall, Grand Old Opry!! River Boat, city tour well done! Bus shuttle service to downtown! The only down side, too much time driving, too little time in Nashville and one full day was Thanksgiving holiday and museum’s mall, ect closed. Would have liked another day in Nashville, considering long drive or Flying then starting tour, would be a nice option. I would refer “Maple leaf Tours” for sure! Thanks for The Memories. Loved everything about the trip to Toronto to see "Hamilton" except the bus seats! (The seats are not ergonomically designed for sitting for three+ hours one way.) Our tour director, Steve, was excellent as was our bus driver, Bruce. Steve kept us entertained during the bus ride which made the time pass very quickly. Bruce dropped us off directly across from the theatre and picked us up right in front of the theatre! We had lots of time to have lunch prior to the show and it gave us time to stretch our legs before sitting, again, for the performance. Overall, kudos to Maple Leaf Tours for such a well organized, and executed, outing!

There wasn't enough time to wander around Vieux Montreal. The bus was quite uncomfortable for a long trip. It rattled a lot and the seats were not very soft. The tour guide was good and attentive. The bus driver was courteous and hlelpful also. Seats provided at Cirque de Soleil were excellent. I ordered chicken with a salad for supper. The salad was just lettuce with one small tomato and the chicken was dry (even with the mushroom gravy on it.) I wasn't aware of the vegan pasta option as the waitress made no mention of it. She just asked if I wanted chicken or steak. Overall though, the tour was well priced and enjoyable.

Our recent trip to Echo was very enjoyable with the exception of our BUS ride. Being the last passengers on the bus in Brockville made it impossible to be seated together and 1 seat was right beside the bathroom door and another one row ahead which we kept exchanging with one another so we could see out a window! We understand it was a full bus but no one should be expected to enjoy this type of seating. We should have driven to Kingston or Belleville to avoid this I guess??? On a positive note—the show was excellent and the meal after was delicious with very friendly staff. Thank you

I strongly recommend Maple Leaf Tours as your next travel experience. My daughter and I just completed a two-day overnight all-included trip to Stratford to see two plays. Everything was included, bus travel (a pleasure), tickets (top-notch seats), hotel (excellent), meals (also excellent-with options available), tour director (superb). Nothing was overlooked. Even the on-board movie while we travelled was fun! At no time were we rushed. I found that I relaxed, enjoyed the plays, and returned home a better person. We will definitely choose Maple Leaf Tours for our future getaways.

Our tour was really great, the hotels were first class, meals and especially our director Steve and driver kay. The hotel in Sudbury was almost new and the others were really clean and neat. All the breakfasts were great but the one in Parry Sound wins first prize I would recommend this tour , especially for those who have not seen this part of Northern Ontario. Finally, Maple Leaf has put together a great tour with first class hotels, meals and Tour personnel. I am glad though we only had two 6 AM breakfasts. Thank you Maple Leaf Tours

Thank you Maple Leaf Tours for a wonderful day in Ottawa for the annual Tulip Festival. The stop at Rideau hall was very educational and a leisurely cruise down the Rideau Canal was lovely. The tulips were truly showing off in full bloom in both Major's Hill and Commissioners Park for viewing and lots of photo ops. Dinner at the Manadarin was a perfect end to a perfect day! Special thanks to Tiffany and Paul for sharing all your skills and Knowledge. Looking forward to our next tour with Maple Leaf!

To many problems to have made it an enjoyable trip. First come first serve to get seating, absolute farce.couples and friends were split up. No down time to enjoy the day doing downtown, and shopping.Gary the driver and Jaunita the guide were excellent.Loved Nashville.Would fly next time. Three days on a bus is a nasty experience.Food was iffy.Ate at Applebee's where there over an hour getting food, hamburger was raw. People going to Christmas dinner were expecting turkey, got more chicken

For the most part good…driver and tour guide were very good, worked well with each other. Travelling as a single, didn’t go well for me..people were getting on the bus and placing items on seats and being aggressive regarding seating. Designated seating would be a better idea in my opinion. After standing in line with a cane, last seat on the bus. I likely will not travel single again. Other than that the trip was very good. For that I’ll think a 4 star would be fair.

Our Blue Jay tour was fantastic. Our tour directorJoanne, kept us well entertained and informative. The time flew by and we were there before we knew it. The seating at the Rogers centre was great. Our trip home was just as smooth. Hats off to our driver. The only down side to the trip was the Jay's lost Oh well can't win them all lol. We will go again and hopefully a better outcome. We had such a wonderful time on our recent 12 day tour of Ireland. Our tour guide was great and really looked out for the group. Our bus driver in Ireland was funny and really engaging. The hotels were fabulous as were the 3 course meals provided. The people we travelled with were friendly and fun. All of our stops were interesting and included enough time to learn about the place. We would definitely travel with Maple Leaf tours again!!

Two suggestions: 1. On another Maple Leaf tour the host had us write our cell number down. This would have eliminated. the 20 minute wait we had for two people who couldn't follow instructions. 2. Also on another Maple Leaf tour the host had each side take turns exiting the bus. This would have eliminated people from the back surging ahead and making it hard for people in the front to get out, which happened on this trip.

Our trip to the Toronto Zoo was amazing. We arrived at our pick-up location early and the bus was waiting for us. On board it is comfortable and the tour director Anne Marie did an amazing job keeping us all busy. Everything is thought out well for the trip and went down perfectly. Coming home things were the same all organised. We have been with them to CNE last year and have already booked for the Eaton Centre trip.

As a loyal customer of Maple Leaf Tours we decided to take a day trip to see the last regular game of the season of the Blue Jays. This being our first time taking a bus to a game it was very well organized, Joanne our tour director was excellent, there was minimal walking when we arrived and our seats were great. In the future this is the only way we will travel to a game. Thank You Maple Leaf Tours!!

The company , Maple Leaf have staff focused on comfort, safety and care. It is the first time I saw our driver goes iout the bus with extended arm to assist senior folks coming off the bus. A driver taking mobility aid out the belly of bus to line it ready . A driver inspite of experience and skill using a spotter to back bus out of street with intersecting traffic.

My daughter and I had a trip with Maple Leaf Tours to see Six the musical in Toronto. What a great production! It was so fun and low stress. Team Steve was friendly and informative and kept us entertained. Bruce and Steve, the bus drivers got us there and home safely. We will book with them again in the future especially now that they have guaranteed departures.

We had a great experience with our trip to the Jays' game in Toronto with Maple Leaf Tours. The driver was great, the tour guide was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Timing worked out great and it was a great way to go to Toronto and not have to deal with crazy traffic ourselves. Have another trip booked for October and we're looking forward to it.

We had a great time on our recent trip to Cirque de Soleil. We were picked up promptly at our predetermined meeting place and we were given regular rest breaks throughout the trip. Erin was our tour guide and she kept us well informed with the relevant information and provided a fun game of trivia during the trip. The dinner included was excellent too.

We loved the tour guide, the driver who did an amazing job as well, didn't like the 20 min detour into Belleville to pick up more people, didn't like the seats on the bus, very cramped and uncomfortable for long rides. We enjoyed the game and still had a great day, would go again if seats were better on the bus. Everything else was great!

Except for the 2 Highway 401 accidents that caused slowdowns, the entire day was fabulous. The bus trip was well organized perfectly with being informed with our itinrerary highlights, reststops, etc. The convenience of where the bus parked close to event. Can't wait to book another day bus trip with Maple Leafs Tours in the near future.

This is our 5th time going to Atlantic city with Maple leaf tours. That tells you how much my husband and I love going. Love the boardwalk and beach. Bruce was a very good driver and Susan as always was such a lovely tour guide. Will be going again. Oh and we saw two dolphins on our side trip to Cape May. Thankyou Maple leaf tours.

we had a great time, have not been to Montreal in 40 years. our escort was great and the driver was amazing. our tour guide went over the top and took the two of us ahead of the line into the church and explained all about the church. above and beyond. our supper was great. overall a great memory. thanks, maple leaf tours.

My daughter and I went on a Mediterranean cruise with Maple leaf tours this October. It was so well planned down to every detail . Christine made sure her whole groups needs were meet . We seen so many beautiful places. This is not my first trip with Maple leaf and will not be my last. Thank you for the lovely memories ❤️

I really enjoyed my evening at Upper Canada Village. The guide was wonderful and friendly. Supper was delicious and staff even gave alternative desserts to some who did not like pumpkin pie. The lights and sounds were spectacular. The only downside was the mud which no one had control of. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Great bus service to Vaughan, they were courteous to drop us off directly at the mall when we told them we weren’t interested in shopping at ikea. Air conditioning worked well and bus was on time both ways. Wish they had more day trips to other types of events in Toronto. Will definitely book again in the future.

We went to Ripley's Aquarium and Medieval Times both trips were great however bus was an hour late picking us which our time was cut short at Ripley's by an hour . We had 45 mins to go thought which was not enough time. I understand that buses can break down but we were not offered any compensation.

Very enjoyable trip to the Blue Jays game there and back on Saturday July 15, 2023 on your bus tour. The bus driver was fantastic in getting us around in Toronto. He is just an excellent driver. Also the coordinator on the bus was equally as good doing her job by keeping us informed and entertained.

A great bus trip. Our tour director Anne Marie and bus driver George were excellent and made it a fun and safe experience. We especially enjoyed the people we met, the Bushplane museum, the Agawa Canyon, the ferry ride to Tobermory and the delicious farewell dinner there. A really lovely getaway!

We had a wonderful 17 days with 25 wonderful people. We took the Rocky Mountaineer tour and went across Canada. Our host Susan was a great gal. She kept us laughing and was up to date on everything. Only bump in our tours was way to much good food. We loved it. Thanks Maple Leaf Tours great job.

We had a great time. Our first bus tour. Our tour director Anne Marie was perfect. We enjoyed the movies shown. The hotel beds were comfy and centrally located. Highlights: lunch at Skylon Tower and The Bird Kingdom. Of course the Falls themselves. Thank you for taking us there and back.

Fantastic day with Tiffany and driver Mike with Maple Leaf Tours. Keeping us informed on the bus of possible traffic delays ahead, to exactly where we park and how easy it is to access the park. Great way to see a Jay's game without the headache of driving and parking. Highly recommend.

Well organized tour. Bus arrivals and departures were prompt and efficient. Seating at venue was good. Entertainment on the bus was fun and helped pass the time. Bus itself was comfortable and clean. Pricing was affordable. Very good experience. I will use Maple Leaf Tours again.

Memphis and Nashville..awesome sites to see.. Could not have asked for a better tour guide than Joanne On a scale of 1 to 10 she surpassed it by double. And the bus driver Kaj was amazing He put me at ease with his driving Lots to do on this trip..and many memories were made.

Had a great day with Maple leaf tours as always. The Tour guide was upbeat and fun. Many choices to sit and talk or do puzzles and trivia. Everything was on time. The show Six was phenomenal and as always the final stop at the Mandarin was a special treat and really enjoyed.

A friend and I took the Echo tour to Montreal. Our guide, Susan and bus drivers Ralph and Steve were amazing! They were professional and helpful. The cirque du soleil show was pure magic. Our ticket included a very tasty Steak dinner right in the Old Port Montreal.

What a wonderful day getaway. Our tour guide and driver were amazing! I really enjoyed the Lavender Festival as well as the wine tastings at three different wineries. The presenters were very thorough and the wine delicious! Prince Edward County is beautiful!

My wife and I took the bus to the Blue Jays game against Atlanta. It was a great way to travel. Left the driving to someone else. The driver and the tour guide were great. Looking forward to our next trip to the Jays game with Maple Leaf Tours in June. Steve

We had a great time on our trip to Canadas wonderland. The bus staff were very friendly and made the bus ride from Napanee to Canadas Wonderland a great experience. All in all a great time thank you very much for the great experience and getting back safe

That was a wonderful 3 days. Steve was so informative and made the trip special. Loved everything, hotel, birds and butterflies, shows. Might like to have spent more time at Niagara on the Lake. Meals were also excellent. Loved the hotel and lights.

Excellent service from MapleLeaf Tours, driver and tour guide did an awesome job. I would suggest that it would be helpful for this venue if any tour participants with ambulating or walking challenges could be dropped at the front entrance.
