Update: The owner just called me and insulted me on the phone and proceeded to hang up in my face. Worst place ever - do not recommend at all. Burning smell inside the entire shop. They take your service request at the bottom floor & then you go up and get asked the exact same questions with an extremely extremely disrespectful manner by the owner. I was there with my elderly mum and she spoke to her looking down while sitting down with her legs crossed & when my mum respectfully told her not to she said “i own this salon” - as if that gives her the right to disrespect and demean others. Needless to say, we left - why would i give my money to a disrespectful institution?

The worst beauty center I have ever been to!! No clear pricing (the offer posted on instagram was starting 1900 but the owner when I was paying wanted to charge me 3000 claiming that I have dense hair and honestly that was so funny because I have short hair and I always cut it short because it is the farthest thing from that!!). Regardless of the pricing I asked for a certain treatment stating that there is smth in specific that I dont want to do…once we were done I knew from the girl that did my hair that they did that specific thing that I clearly stated that I am not comfortable doing !!! They are dishonest, completely unprofessional !!

اسوأ مكان في كل حاجة الstaff مش فاهم اي حاجة و بيزقوا انهم يعملوا اللي هما عاوزينه طلبي كان بسيط جدا انا مش عاوزة حاجة تفرد شعري انا عاوزة تريتمنت تخلي شعري شكله صحي هما بقي عاملوا تريتمنت اي زفت و فردوا بالبيبي ليس و فضلت اقول بتنيلوا كده ليه قالوا عشان التريتمنت تدخل الشعر و انا وقفتهم في نص التريتمنت دفعت ٤٠٠٠ و طالعة قرفانة من ريحة الكشري اللي في ايدين البنات و شعري محروق و مفرد لغاية دلوقتي مع انهم اكدوا ان الفرد ده هيستمر لمدة يوم او يومين بس و انا ماشية لسه بيقنعوني اني اشتري منتجات من عندهم النظافة صفر و الامانة و المصداقية صفر و ده اخر مكان ممكن حد يفكر يروحه انا غلطتي اني مشفتش الريڤيوز اللي كلها نيلة قبل ما اروح

Worst salon you could go to , they lie about the treatment and they lie about the prices and my hair is not straight after my treatment even thought i paid 4500!!! And after that they didn’t want to redo my hair claiming it’s straight. They straightened my hair with heat and then told me here you go your hair is straight why are you complaining !! And refused to let it air dry to see that treatment didn’t work even though i sent them pics I absolutely do not recommend this place they are unprofessional people and you should save your money.

احلي و اريح مكان حقيقي في كل حاجه و شاطرين جدا و مخلصين و مهتمين جدا تبقي ميسوطه و راضيه عن كل حاجه

شغلهم ممتاز وحلو جدا مشاءالله والمكان ولا اروع نظيف مرتب والستاف بروفيشنال وأخلاقهم عاليه وذوق جدا

بجد كانت تجربه جميله وشعري عجبني جداااا والتريمنت فرق معايا والمكان تحفه وراقي جداااااا
