First time trying out this laundromat and definitely my last. Special attention not given to white fabrics. All my whites look like they only got soaked in clear water and dried up. My white sweater looks brown, it was hardly even dirty when I brought it in. A whole satin pillow case too??! You need to do more than just separating lighter colours from dark. A simple use of stain detergent goes a long way. If it’s too much work rather not take what you can not wash clean, my towels and beddings are now ruined. And some of my tops with stains! How exactly do you feel when you’re folding this clothes after wash?? There’s no way you missed this.

My friend and I usually come to this specific laundromat, and to our dissapoinment when we returned home from collecting our washing(specifically the whites) it smelt and looked half clean. As though our laundry was not washed with any soap. We are a bit upset as we generally come around there, and it's a bit of a mission for us. I tried contacting the number on the website but it seems as though the number doesn't work.

I took my laundry there last weekend. What a SHOCK when I looked at my cream coat which was now stained BLACK and BLUE! Clearly my clothes were all washed together and were not separated because a jumpsuit of mine was also stained this colour. My clothes were not even weighed. Just dumped in a basket and I was charged R120 for 6 items. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Brought in one sheet, 2 pillowcases and one towel last Wednesday and was charged R80. You can imagine my surprise when I heard from friends that they usually pay R100 for a 6kg load. WHAT'S WORSE, my laundry was returned to me damp. Such a pity as this laundromat is right across the road from me and would have been a very convenient option for me.

We received an outstanding service from Mariia Avonmore laundry services for our small bnb business. She communicated all the information we needed, our laundry was picked up and dropped off at times arranged and most importantly the laundry was perfectly clean. Thank you.

I’m not saying they won’t do your washing but don’t expect friendly service. Attitude and misery oozing from the women attending the front desk.

Sadly they do not answer their phone. You physically have to drive there if you have a query. The service itself is good.
