Friendly, accommodating service and the place is very clean. Excellent selection of food including dessert, ice cream and slushees. Their fries are outstanding - I asked for them extra crispy and each one had a nice crunch to it. Gyro sandwich was very good and fresh. The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat. Instead they fold it in half on a paper plate and wrap that in foil which requires some reconstruction. But I’ll definitely be back, great neighborhood spot for a quick bite!

Called to place a delivery but got no answer. Placed an order online. Waited nearly 2 hours before calling them again, only for them to say they never received the order. Tried to place an order over the phone, only for them to hang up on me twice. Don’t waste your time on these rude people. There are many other better options online.

Pizza came cold and burnt. They Were nice enough to replace it. the replacement pizza took over an hour and a 1/2 to get it was warm It wasn't that bad but really wasn't great Like cheap crappy pizza you would get from chucky cheese or on a carnival stand . The workers were nice but i will never order again

Pretty good place. Food is good and the prices are the decent. Only downside is that there's no bathroom available. Also, the reason its called Mario is because the owner looks like Mario and people called him that. Eventually he changed the name of the restaurant. Lol.

LBUYERS BEWARE: If you order to have delivered, be ready to pay $2. for your delivery. Ordered many years at this place. Haven't had much trouble with this place, but lately they've been messing up my order and my pizza has been cold, time to call somewhere else...sad.

I ordered from here thru Uber eats my pizza was cold and this is what they call a shrimp salad for 13.00 dollars a disgrace I asked for a extra ranch dressing they gave me this little bit for a 13.00 dollar salad and fake shrimp horrible never again

They have a great staff and good food that is consistent. The prices are fair, store is clean, and they work fast. NYC is known for having a ton of spots like it but I’d consider Mario’s to be a standard for Nyc “chicken spots”.

the prices used to be reasonable, now it’s overpriced, pizza used to be good, now it’s taste cheap and not fresh! The day staff (the two sons) are nice and cool to talk to, I prefer them then the evening/night staff

A bit costly compared to most fast food joints in the area. Been around a long time. Friendly staff makes you feel familiar by addressing you by your name when your a regular. Open late as well.
