Nov 10 with bf looking for winter boots. 3 ladies working. We are in our 50's & understand changes in service levels but... Cashier, Diane, didn't leave her post and seemed annoyed by questions (had to approach her twice since couldn't find staff). She seemed to feel awkward to talk to customer. We were 2 of 5 people in the store from 730-9 pm. We had to stop to find staff for product checks several times. No one asked if we needed help even once. Once I walked a box to the front to Diane myself and asked for her to do a product check. Close to 9, bf purchased his boots, $200. I found a pair, scuffed (floor model & only ones in their store) asked if anything they could do. One lady suggested I go to other marks location in Westbrook. I asked "Why would I go to another location tomorrow when I'm here now?" Diane said, "So, do you want them or not?" I'm yes... another $200 for Marks, But yikes Diane.... Your service in particular was atrocious considering you just stood at cash waiting for us to approach you. I've always found Marks staff to be friendly and helpful. Shocked these ladies couldn't represent the store better. I will definitely go to another location next time ladies.

I don't often give retail stores five star reviews, but occasionally one goes above and beyond to the point where I have to make note. The manager of this store put in a great amount of her time and effort a few months ago finding a replacement pair of shoes for me that I had purchased over a year ago, yet the sole had separated after only a handful of uses. Not only did she find a replacement in my size at another location but arranged for me to exchange my own at that location with the supervisor their. The entire process was smooth and professional. I highly appreciate the time she put in on my behalf. When I returned again she wasn't there for me to thank her but the staff were very courteous and quickly helped me find what I was looking for. I will most definitely return to this location when I need further workwear. It is clear they place on premium on ensuring customer satisfaction, and it is appreciated.

I love this location. The product selection always appears to be larger at this location. The team members are super friendly and helpful. The store manager obviously dies a great job training the team on providing quality customer service. I have yet to not be greeted and offered help on several occasions while shopping here. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the product is decent. My only negative comment is that being handicapped, it is sometimes impossible to get through some areas of the store because the racks are simply too close together to allow for walker or wheelchair access.

Disapointing, went to 2 locations to simply buy shoes. Was told the second location had my size. Turned out the display was the size i needed. I had the display on my foot but the staff could not find the other shoe.. lack luster attempts to one just telling me they could order and deliver to me in 4 to 8 days??. You know if i wanted shoes in 4 to 8 days i would have shopped online... lost sale.. note to stores struggling to compete with oline shopping. ... it is the employee that makes the difference... amazon here i come...

Not good. Am a Virgin mobile customer. It always say 15% off on $50 purchase. We made it up to 50 but when checked it out, cashier said it's online only. I checked virgin app and read it again and it really says online purchase. Disappointed on both virgin and marks. Humiliated already at front line and just paid the whole thing. Not going back to marks and planned to get rid off virgin mobility. Not going to trust both. Will tell friends.

Mark's (owned by Canadian Tire) is a company undergoing a lot of internal changes to continue their success. This is an evolving company so there is a strong need to be flexible and positive while these changes occur. This company is good to their staff and really care about work-life balance. There is a strong focus on mental well-being and plenty of room for advancement.

I had the most exceptional service from Owen at this store. He was so knowledgeable about the products Mark's sells and a great help with suggestions for my Christmas list. Once I was finished shopping I had the pleasure of dealing with Christy at the cash, who was efficient, friendly and quick. Thanks for making my shopping so successful.

Had a whole bunch of clothes as always. Didn't have the specific pair of jeans in stock (they had the right style, but not the right size). They offered to order it into the location or to reserve in one of their other stores, and even recommended the specific store that makes the jeans, not even one of their own.

Was followed around the store the whole time I was there, the staff never took their eyes off of me. I am shy as it is and the undue attention made me feel uncomfortable. I regularly shop at Marks and most of my clothes are bought there. Can not recommended this location. If it were possible I would give no stars.

Absolutely recommend this location! The staff here are so friendly. Katelyn (I hope I got that right) helped me look at jeans today and she was so kind and helpful especially when I have had a lot of trouble finding sizes and styles that fit me. I will continue to shop at this Mark's in the future.

The go-to place for work and durable wear. A couple issues though; no down filled mens winter parkas, very little selection of mens winter coats. (In November). I often find this in many places. Small sizes in Very short supply. Thermal wear very pricey. Nomex safety wear appears to be phasing out.

Hit and miss with Marks on whether the clothes are there to fit you. Although you can have it sent from another store or go to another store, it can test your patience at times. Store is clean and staff friendly. Covid rules in place and wear a mask.

I came here to buy scrubs. They had lots of selection, the clothes were good quality. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have lots of deals throughout the store, and even have a program were you buy 5 scrubs and get one pair free!

Visit here often - and love it !!! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable (they'll even do online searches for you while you wait) Keep up the good work folks, you're very much appreciated!!!

Great store with a wide choice of quality clothing made for outdoor working and sport practice and...nice sale people. Today the Black Friday sale opportunity was irresistible !

Professional and friendly staff. Large variety and very well organized; unlike certain stores, the floor planning here makes sense and thats all I need from a marks. Top tier!

I like this Mark's more than any other Marks in the city. I found that they have more stock in their inventory than any. Staff are great too, very helpful.

Helpful staff, and a good selection of both casual and work related items. A good option considering there's nothing else like it in the area.

I accompany my friend, so he can get some new clothes and we found him some outfit with the help of the sales associate. Very compassionate.

Staff was helpful after we found someone, but the store didn't carry the size I needed and it would have taken 7 days for an online order.

Had a good selection for my husband to buy footwear but not a very good selection for myself. Customer service was great.
