The sales team are great, but the jewellery service is a completely disaster. Left my ring to be polished and plated twice. The service first time wasn’t good so 4 months later I send it back. When came back for the second time the ring was shining but when I arrived at home, I noticed it was dented. Went back to be fixed and after a week, my ring is back, but I still can see the problem (just smaller) and one side of the ring is different from the other side. Also, bought a ring, but there’s no gold sign inside than a PJD mark. Very frustrating experience

I’d give this place no stars bought an item wasn’t told there was no refund until after my purchase was made then told there is nothing we can do it’s in your receipt as I stated I was never informed before I purchased this item I find this to be very unprofessional and fells like I’ve been robbed

I have Always found Marc Joseph’s Jewellers in Northside Shopping Centre to be very reasonable with their prices, very Professional in their work & the Staff are uniquely kind & very helpful - I couldn’t recommend them more 10/10 Alan Croghan

My second time to use this jewellery shop for a repair, first visit to fix an engagement ring and second which was recent to fix a clasp on a watch on both occasions they were excellent. I would recommend this shop for jewelry repairs.
