I took my 2007 Lexus ES 350 to Mark of Excellence on Wednesday, July 11th to have a deluxe detail performed. Upon completion of the detail, several very noticeable streaks and scratches were discovered on my front seat passenger and driver side windows, in the tint, that were not there before the service was performed. Several pictures were sent to the representative showing the damage on Thursday, July 12th, which is when I picked up the car from the shop in question. Rather than accepting the facts that were revealed in the picture and at least attempt to make some amends, the representative insulted my intelligence by claiming that there was nothing that could have been done by someone there to cause damage to the tint! As if I was making it up!! That is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and frustrating to highest level! I have included a pic that shows the damage done to the tint in both windows. I would not recommend this for shop anybody, not because a mistake was made, but because there was no accountability and protection offered to the customer for any damage that might be done.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My car was in Houston while I was away on business and upon returning it smelled bad and was dirty so I took it to get a basic detail. To my surprise, they tell me “your car was flooded, the liner needs replaced.” And also pointed out some mold beginning to develop. I was upset to learn this because I had been assured my car suffered no damages from the flooding while in storage but that’s a story for another time. So although an unexpected and costly surprise a necessary one. I picked my car up today (2 days later) and I was beyond impressed with the transformation they conducted on my vehicle. Very good attention to detail - everything is shiny, dry, mold free, and smelled great. These guys are awesome. They even took me to and from the airport to get my rental car while they worked on my vehicle for the two days. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Mark of Excellence and will be a return customer.

First time customer here. I purchased The Deluxe Detail package. It you do not wish to read the following review, just read these key words. I believe you will gather what you need. The name speaks for itself! - flawless - attention to detail - family oriented - integrity - full disclosure - personable - professional - transformation There is a reason for the name of the company, their tenure in business, and their corporate partnerships. Both personable and professional, Byron and Mark run stand-up businesses, and in 2019, that is hard to find. They removed every millimeter of dirt from a vehicle of mine that had not been driven in 3 years. They exceeded my expectations with their quality of services provided (Byron took it upon himself to provide concierge services). They are full of integrity and everything was full disclosure from the beginning. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here and refer my network. You should too!

I have a brand new hatchback which is only driven two days a week. I only needed a basic wash since I had washed it a week before. The whole process took about 1 and half hours. I stayed inside where the sofas and TV were, but I couldn't see my car when I looked out the windows. After a while the gentlemen came in and said it was taken a while because the car was brand new and he wanted it to look really nice. Only time I saw my car was when they pulled it up and I saw them wiping it down. I do have to say this was the driest I've ever seen a car after a wash. Overall it was meh, I've experienced better. The gentleman was very nice, but for such a simple was I only expected to be there for about 30 minutes. I'm having a hard time finding a good hand car wash. I usually go to Dr. Wash off of Jones and 1960 which only takes about an hour for a wash and a hand applied wax, even when its busy.

I used Mark of Excellence for the first time today and it was a pretty good experience. The pricing $35 for both Exterior wash/ Interior clean was absolutely great and the guys that helped me out with it were cool and helpful and they also got a stain out on my interior console which is much appreciated! The only complaint I have is after driving off and examining it more I realized under the seats were still kinda dirty and could have used a little more vacuuming and my pet peeves when it comes to a clean car is the vacuuming and dusting which inside looked clean just could have vacuumed a bit better. All in all not a bad experience and would use again in future

I was leery at first honestly. I pulled up and was the only white guy there and with all the stuff going on I figured itd go one of 2 ways as I have trump stickers on my truck. Turns out, I seriously misjudged and had a great experience. They have a nice waiting area and they did an amazing job on my truck. I got numerous hand shakes from the guys around there. This place is definitely my new regular car wash. Media stories are causing the divide not the community. These dudes gave amazing service and treated my truck right and never. Give em a try on your rides.

So depressed right now. My truck was washed and waxed by myself for 5 years until I finally ran out of time to do it. I decided to take it here because of proximity and reviews. Now my truck has scratches all over the entire paint, all sides, hood, everywhere. Some are so deep I don’t think I’ll be able to get them out without repainting. There is a reason I do most things myself and this experience confirmed I should continue to do so. Maybe I’ll go ahead and buy another vehicle at this point. It’s gone from being my baby to being embarrassing to drive around.

Terrible experience and quite frankly a ripoff! I left my truck at the airport and opted for the detailing package with all additions for $220. I was excited to come back to a clean truck which wasn't the case. They didn't even vaccum the seats even though there supposed to condition it and wipe it down and the dashboard wasn't even touched. All mats were supposed to be shampooed.... Etc. Literally I paid $220 for a basic exterior was with no wax or anything.

It’s a real beautiful thing seeing father and son work together. They worked hard in the short amount of time I gave them for my military move. They treat military customers right. In short, the customer service was amazing and the work is amazing as well! I had the 2016 Toyota Corolla with mold from spilt flower water in this Texas heat that affected the juke, in a day they got rid of the mold, smell, and cleaned our whole car.

I had my Jeep cleaned here today. The wash job was superb. Mark walks around to make sure his customers are happy. I consider this to be the BESt detailed shop around. I can't wait to get my window shield repair... something Mark is going to make sure I get a good deal. I can go on. All I can say is I can't wait to go back for an A -Z job. Oh did I mentioned, he had excellent workers. Check them.out, you won't be disappointed.

I just had the most amazing detail work from this place. Customer service was excellent. I rolled in from a huge road trip and jut relocated here, and these guys were professional, warm, priced well, and did the most detail work. The best I have ever had on my car. They showed pride in their work and it was appreciated and it showed. I am sending my friends here and will go here again. Thank you, guys, for great work!!!

Love this place! I'm always helped as soon as I enter the office. I brought my car in today and it looks amazing! My car was is the midst of my apartment maintenance team doing yard work. There were grass blades and dust allover my car and in all the little crevices. I wasn't expecting them to take care of that, but to my surprise they did! I got the basic detail and it was a very reasonable price!

These guys are the real deal. I brought in a 2017 that looked like a hooptie, and Byron told me he'd make it look brand new. This thing had dog fur everywhere, it smelled like smoke, it had stains in the head liner, seats, and carpet and they still delivered. On top of that, the customer service is great, from the very nice lady that answers the phone, all the way to Byron and the other fellas.

I decided to pay a little extra for a hand car wash at this place and that was a mistake. From lost keys, waiting 2 hours, being understaffed and personnel eating candy bars in your vehicle, I decided that I should keeping looking for another hand car wash place or just take it back to Mr. Carwash. What bothered me the most was finding chocolate crumbs and stains on my console and driver seat.

These guys are for real the best in their field hands down to mark and crew did very good job in handling my car cleaning etc for a good price for $50 for SUV car for carwash good price for a monthly wash and they make sure they you'll get your car very clean and smells like new one... I'll definitely be coming back every month

Mark of excellence does a great job at hand washing and detailing cars. I trust that my car will come out looking shiny, clean, and smelling good. I also like how they take their time, and speak with their customers about the treatment plan for their vehicle. Inhibit recommended.

The staff is friendly, however not worth the price. When I asked for detail clean i meant Details. I still had glass, glass fiber, and sand in my car which is the reason I took it to get detailed in the first place, I realized I was better off doing it myself.

My Tundra had purple over spray on it from paint, I took it to Mark to get it detailed, they did the works on it by washing the truck and buffing out the over spray. They did a great job, thanks guys.

Had car washed while valet parked at Intercontinental. Picked package 3 - shampoo wash. Car had water spots on it when I picked it up. Clearly the let the car air dry. Definitely not worth the money.
