Never buy product from them. When I bought a simple medicine box, I said I will see if I have enough at home, if yes I will be back to return. Finally I have got enough at home then I come back with box and the receipt to return and the man tells me sorry we don't accept return or exchange! So why you accept I buy your product if I think come back and return you?!?! And moreover with on your receipt?! Bad seller...

Disorganised. Poor service. Market city Pharmacy called to cancel my Pfizer booster shot booking just one business day before it was scheduled, claiming they have have run out of pfizer. My only option now is to rebook for a date weeks later. Had I just booked with another provider, one that can keep track of their stock levels , I would have been better off.

Very happy! I had my 4th Pfizer vaccine here and it was less painful than at RPAH Clinic. Actually, this time I felt no pain at all! The only problem is the restaurants around the pharmacy... I left 1 Kg heavier after Cantonese Duck and Chow Mein. I also bought fresh vegetables much cheaper at Paddy's Market. All this for $10! I love Chinatown!

My card declined during payment and I asked them for the position ATM, but they didn't tell me that they are gonna close. When I went back with cash, I find out that they are already closed, while I'm buying some emergency first aid kits and my wound got badly inflamated.

Rude old man works there. Wouldn’t let me take a brochure for an eye product they had on display because my friend was paying and I wasn’t a “buying” customer for me to take a free brouchure which he had like 50 off.

Booster shot was quick and painless. Nurse was incredibly gentle. Small room in the corner is private and safe to administer. Busy day lots of customers but provided service on the booked time. Thanks Team! …

Avoid- Very unhelpful, rude pharmacist. GP specifically recommended a product, which was ‘out of stock’. Upon asking catalogue/stock, he replied “Look around”
