I am pleased to report that Markets West Office Furniture delivered a fine throne for my office buddy in a timely manner. Been in business with these people for over a decade and I've not stumbled upon a store with a higher quality of service and bang for your buck. Whether it was a larger order, custom set, or a simple personal desk or chair, it has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. (Plus they're a local and family owned business!)

One star for the availabilty and pricing of products, but if I could give customer service 0 stars I would. Bill was incredibly rude, and not helpful whatsoever with my small office furniture inquiries. The store is nice, decent prices, but if you plan on making a purchase, ask for anyone other than Bill.
