I went to the store yesterday. As usual, the service was great and product quality is excellent. Price is reasonable as compared elsewhere. Bad customer service from the young Indian guy at the cash register. Ignorant and no manners. He also thought of me as been sceptical /suspicious because after I paid then he asked me if the card belonged to me. I was shocked. Previously, when I was at the store, he didn't bother to check up on an item and told me at stores outside of Durban had that item. He lied because we asked the other helpful coloured guy who was very helpful and assisted with the same item. The coloured guy should teach him a thing or two about customer service including been truthful and polite in life. This store should get rid of this young Indian guy.

I had called in because I was looking for clothing items that I had seen online. My initial interaction was with a person that couldn't understand me and she hand the phone over to Prinston #colouredBoy. This guy is oozing outstanding customer service. He kept my items aside, I went in store and he assisted me further. I loved the service by him. I don't think I've experienced service and customer care that he offers before at any store. From the time I initially spoke to him, till I left the store. Brilliant stuff.
