There is something that is called the Gold Standard, by which all other's are judged. . Susan is the platinum standard. Recently, I needed dental work. I had a tooth ache. After going through a full diagnose It was determine that I needed a root canal. Susan call a specialist and asked for a personal favour for me to see them right away. They stayed overtime to deal with my emergency. When the endodontist determined that there was a crack that ran the full length of the tooth root I was sent to the oral surgeon to get it pulled. The oral surgeons office not only didn't have 6 feet of separation but there were many other patient comforts that Susan had that they didn't . Dr Susan Markic office not only had COVID care but their Patient care is second to none. For Covid care she has 3 patient waiting areas. Along with doing a temperature check and survey she has special filters installed in each room. No incoming patient will come across a outgoing patient. There are so many safeguards that it is like a Covid Fort Knox. You are safe! Covid doesn't exist here. As far a patient care they are so gentle. With a TV tuned to fish swimming and other pictures to distract you. There are sunglasses so you are not staring at glaring lights. There is a spray to dull your gums before she even gives you a needle to dull the pain. Having done this for 31 years Susan understands the language of fear and ensures that at every stage of the procedure she has figured out how to put you at ease. Susan is not in a hurry but in today's new reality ensures that you understand the good better and best solutions and their costs. Once you have experienced their office no other office can compare. Thank you Dr Susan Markic you are the best. I am not a suck however I appreciate people who go the distance to make others at ease.

I have been a patient of Drs Susan & Gordon Markic for roughly 20 years and I am ever grateful for their amazing service over the years. I have never felt any pain or discomfort and have always been made to feel right at home. I love my regular visits and always feel 100 percent better after each cleaning. Recently I had a molar crack in half late at night while biting into a sandwich. I left a message with the office and the very next morning I received a call letting me know that Dr Susan made time that same morning to see me. I went in and was made to feel very comfortable (it was scary). Dr Susan attempted to extract my tooth but it turned out to be a more difficult task than expected. To ensure that the job was done perfectly, she referred me to a local oral surgeon who promptly extracted the rest of my tooth within an hour of leaving Dr Markic’s office. As if that wasn’t enough great service, Dr Susan didn’t bother to charge me for her attempt to extract the tooth (she knows I don’t have insurance and that I have been struggling financially throughout COVID restrictions) and only charged me for the visit. She also helped me clearly understand all of my best options moving forward to deal with the aftermath of the extraction. Her calm and kindness were a beacon of hope that all was gonna be ok and that I was in good hands. And I WAS! My tooth is healing and I’m on the road to recovery thanks to the amazing folks at the office of Dr Susan and Gordon Markic. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful and skilled dentist! I can’t even imagine life without them! Thank you both and to all the wonderful staff! You’re my hero’s!

I've been going to Markic Dental for the past 25 years, and I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else! The staff, hygienists, and both Dr. Gordan and Dr. Susan Markic are extremely friendly and professional. With Covid, I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist, but Markic Dental has gone above and beyond to ensure our safety - they have added glass doors between each work station, proper screening is done before and during entry, staff wear appropriate PPE, and all stations have surgical grade air purifiers. You will experience the highest calibre of dental care with each visit. I've had issues with clenching due to stress and both Dr Gordan and Dr. Susan have helped me mitigate any issues. Dr. Susan recently helped me rebalance my bite as my top tooth was wearing down the bottom. She worked meticulously over a few sessions to fix my bite which was previously crooked. She showed the utmost patience, knowledge and professionalism, and worked with me every step of the way. You will not regret your decision to go to Markic Dental! Trust me, you will leave with the best smile you ever had!

I have to give this dentist's office a five star. At first I was very skeptic due to bad experiences with another Dental office and bad experiences through my life when having dental procedures they exceeded my expectations of customer service. Especially, Dr Markic is Unbelievably kind and caring, great dentist that actually cares about your fears and is extremely gentle So simple and easy, Clearly the whole office from the front desk staff and his assistant they all care about their patients well being, very friendly and truly take time to understand you. Am beyond grateful for finding them , through my husband's experience and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Dr. Susan Markic is an amazing dentist and I would not trust anyone else with my teeth. She is kind, compassionate, and professional, and the work she has done on my teeth is truly amazing. I had large gaps between my teeth which Dr. Susan filled with composite bonding 10+ years ago. The bonding completely changed my smile and still looks as good as it did day 1. This year I had the bonding expanded to cover up my acid erosion and it looks amazing, I feel like I finally have the picture perfect smile I've always wanted. From my childhood to now being an adult, Dr. Markic has always provided me and my family the highest quality of dental care, I highly recommend Markic Dental!

Great experience. Dr Markic takes time to understand the concerns ask relevant questions and explain the treatment in details. Dr Gordon’s work is always pain free and my children are always happy to visit the office. Our hygienist Sharon is extremely competent and has played an active role in my children developing daily teeth care regimen. Front office staff are prompt in responses and reminders. I have and will continue recommended Markic Dental to my friends and family.

Had to share about another wonderful experience today at Markic Dental. Dr. Susan and her staff are consistently professional, & kind. At today's appt I had molds made and fillings done. Dr. Gord Markic has been the dentist for my family for over 20 years. He is very capable and so are his staff, and over the years have taken great care of us. The front office staff are also quite customer friendly and efficient.
